Pedagogical content knowledge(PCK for short)is a knowledge system,which is used by teachers who adopt appropriate teaching strategies to organize the teaching content effectively after considering the specific topic of the subject,the practical teaching situation,and the students' condition.It deeply affects the professional development of teachers and provides a new perspective for the study of teachers'professional development.By adopting the documentary research method,questionnaire method,and analytical induction method,this paper,selecting the PCK of senior high school young physics teachers as the main research content,summarized the PCK structure of physics teachers,investigated the PCK current status of senior high school young physics teachers,and put forward ways to enrich senior high school young physics teachers' PCK in a complete teacher-training system which includes the state,schools and the teacher himself or herself.Through the investigation,it is found that the structure of the senior high school young physics teachers' PCK is still incomplete,and that the development of PCK relies on both the teachers' own initiative construction through ways like teaching reflection,and more resources and platforms provided by the state,society and schools.The writer,after doing researches,put forward ways to develop PCK for young physics teachers in senior high schools from three levels:1.National level:(1)Strengthen the training of normal university students to meet the occupational needs;(2)Increase the intensity of online training to implement post-job training.2.School level:(1)Implement the "Cyan and Blue Project"-an apprenticeship model;(2)Create excellent teaching and research activities-taking "the course of grinding" as an example;(3)Carry out basic skills competitions of young teachers;(4)Urge and implement other kinds of organized physical activities.3.Personal level:(1)Widen knowledge about students and enhance interaction between teachers and students;(2)strengthen pedagogical knowledge through regular teaching experience and reflection;(3)enrich the knowledge system of subject content;(4)Grasp all kinds of communication,learning opportunities to enrich knowledge structure.
