With the introduction of Key Competences and the deepening of basic education curriculum reform,on the basis of clarifying the question of "what kind of person should be cultivated" in national education and teaching,"how to cultivate people" has attracted many experts and scholars and frontline-teachers to study more in depth.How do teachers teach students to abandon passive and mechanical " Surface learning" through classroom teaching?How do teachers help learners learn to study and think?And how to achieve active "Deep learning".?This is response to the development of teaching and deep chemistry curriculum reform.It's also the key to implementing the cultivation of students' Core Competences.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the current situation of high school students' biological deep learning,and to analyze the results of the investigation so as to promote the middle school students to develop their biological core literacy.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background basis,the main significance,content and research methods of the paper.The second part is the literature review.Through reading a large number of documents,the author defines the related concepts and analyzes the status of the research at home and abroad.The third part is the survey of deep learning in senior high school biology teaching and the related factors that affect the occurrence of deep learning.The survey found that the intrinsic motivation of students' biological learning is not high,the level of information integration needs to be improved,the learning initiative is poor,and critical thinking is lacking;According to the teacher interviews,it was found that factors such as learning assessment,teacher's abilities,and teaching strategies may affect the deep-learning to some extent.And summed up some effective way to promote deep learning.The fourth part is the junior middle school biology teaching design and case analysis from the perspective of deep learning.This part selects cases in biology textbooks to carry out teaching design and detailed case analysis to promote students' deep learning.The fifth part is the summary and prospect.The writer expresses his positive attitude towards the effect of deep learning in biology through in-depth study,and puts forward the future prospect.
