During the period of the Republic of China,under the background of the influx of western sports and the rise of social thoughts,Chinese traditional Wushu developed rapidly and entered all kinds of schools.This period is the beginning of the rooting of Wushu on campus.It is also the first peak period of school martial arts development in history.When Wushu enters the formal school education,the quality of teachers will affect the development of Wushu education.It has certain academic value to grasp the development of modern Wushu,and also has positive practical significance to the reform of Wushu education.This paper studies the situation of Wushu teachers in the period of the Republic of China,and finds that the diversity of teachers' sources is the main characteristic of Wushu teachers,and there are martial arts associations,physical education school(department),martial arts schools,national martial arts halls,and so on.Short-term training institutes and other institutions.These martial arts teachers have their own characteristics in the teaching of martial arts in schools: folk boxers are skilled,club members have rich experience,school graduates have solid theories,The cadets take martial arts as their own responsibility.They jointly take on the important task of martial arts education in schools during the Republic of China,and promote the smooth development of martial arts courses.On the basis of ensuring the normal development of martial arts courses in schools,various teachers,It gives rise to a variety of teaching contents and methods,which greatly promotes the diversification and scientific process of Wushu teaching in schools,and improves the quality of Wushu teaching.The good development of school martial arts has given rise to a social force that influences the sports and the development of martial arts.However,unfortunately,the source of Wushu teachers nowadays tends to be single and teachers are scarce.Although this is the standardization of Wushu teaching,The institutionalization of management in Wushu education institutions is not conducive to the promotion,inheritance and development of traditional Wushu culture.
