Junior middle school is the key stage of connecting primary school and high school,and it is also an important period for students to learn and grow.It is a common phenomenon for junior high school students to have poor adaptability in the process of learning,and the level of learning adaptability has an important influence on the quality of students' academic performance.Under the background of greater competition pressure,students' students and their classmates in academic comparison,academic comparison will affect the learning adaptation of junior high school students.Academic self-efficacy is a subjective judgment of students' ability.The higher the academic self-efficacy,the better the academic achievement.Although previous studies have found that academic comparison affects learning adaptation,There are few studies on how studies affect learning adaptation.Therefore,this study will examine the relationship between academic social comparison,academic self-efficacy and learning adaptability,and design self-efficacy group psychological counseling program to verify the influence of self-efficacy improvement on junior high school students' learning adaptability.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Junior high school students' learning adaptability has significant difference in grade,but there is no significant difference in gender.2.There is a significant positive correlation between academic self-efficacy and learning adaptability in junior middle school students.Academic self-efficacy plays a complete intermediary role between academic social comparison and learning adaptability.3.The implementation of group psychological guidance can significantly improve students' sense of academic self-efficacy,and then improve the learning adaptability of junior high school students.The research can not only enrich the theory of learning adaptation,but also provide important basis and support for solving the problem of learning adaptation of junior high school students.
