Time is actually a symbol of human existence,including the scale and space of human development.The source of wealth is the greatest material wealth with the least labor time.In the classroom of primary school time,childhood most of the time is spent in math class,each class is presented the teaching units in every class time,not the same as on the allocation of time,then the learner’s final learning effect is not the same,the learning state is positive or negative,on the growth of learners plays a decisive role.Whether the primary school mathematics classroom teaching the effective use of time is closely related to the effect of classroom teaching,now is the era of quality education,therefore to present a clear assignment of primary school mathematics teaching and management,to ensure that every class learning,let the classroom teaching time play a practical role.Based on this,this article focuses on primary school mathematics classroom teaching time management situation and existing problems,and then put forward targeted improvement strategy.This paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction of the origin of the research at home and abroad on mathematics classroom teaching time research status,research objectives and methods,data collection and collation are discussed,in order to better understand the background of this study;The second chapter is the related concepts and theoretical basis,discusses the time management connotation,time management dimension,time management effectiveness and evaluation standards,and briefly expounds the relevant time management theory,as the theoretical basis for this article;The third chapter is the primary school mathematics classroom teaching time management present situation investigation and problem analysis,understand the present situation of Jiangsu Province,primary school mathematics classroom teaching time management firstly through the questionnaire and the interview form,and tries to find the shortcomings of the management of the mathematics classroom;The fourth chapter is the analysis of reasons for the primary school mathematics classroom teaching time management problems,from the teaching management system,teachers and students of three aspects to carry on the deep analysis on the reasons of the problems;The fifth chapter is enhancing the effectiveness of primary school mathematics classroom teaching strategies on the basis of the above analysis,the existing problems and reasons and put forward the pertinent improvement strategies,such as the distribution of effective mathematics classroom teaching time,improve teachers’ time management skills,strengthen students’ time management consciousness etc.;The sixth chapter is the conclusion and Prospect of the research.Firstly,the text is highly summarized and the future research work is prospected.
