Time as an important resource in today's information society plays an increasingly important role in classroom teaching time as a special form of time for high school teachers and students of classroom teaching(learning)has a self-evident significance.Based on this,this paper conducts a more systematic study on the management of high school classroom time,mainly from the connotation,characteristics,current situation,existing problems and causes of classroom time management,and finally tries to put forward some countermeasures.Its purpose to achieve the efficiency of classroom time management and to ease the burden of heavy school burden.This paper is divided into four parts to write:The first part of the article is mainly written in the classroom teaching time management of the connotation and characteristics.Classroom teaching time management has three characteristics of "teacher-led,student subject","prevention first,flexible handling" and "rule-based,self-centered",and the other is based on the principle of time-The principle of appropriateness,the principles of planning,the principle of priority and the five principles of self-management,and the five principles are interconnected and integrated into each other.In addition to the characteristics and principles,the paper also gives four factors that affect the time management of classroom teaching,namely,time education,classroom subject,teaching content and teaching design.The second part of the article is written in the classroom teaching time management status.After the collection and collation of two high school teachers and students,this paper takes the different subjects(teachers and students as differentsubjects),and then classifies(lectures and refresher courses),points The present situation of classroom teaching time management is presented,and the problems existing in the management of classroom teaching time are pointed out.Under the premise of the existing problems,The causes of the problem,and ultimately from the perspectives of teachers and students to ease the solution to its predicament.In this paper,the lecture is divided into lectures,teaching new classes,discussion links,practice links,summary and layout operations and other major aspects of the review class is divided into the review of the target links,memories of combing the logic of knowledge,Links and exercises to explain the link.In the description of the status of teacher and student classroom time management,respectively,they describe the time spent in different classroom links and the corresponding student learning efficiency.The third part of the article mainly to write classroom teaching time management problems and their attribution analysis.In general,teachers in the classroom teaching time management problems are: before the class,teacher time value and time management value of the sense of loss,and lesson preparation content "lost";during the class,teaching time imbalance;after class,teaching Time management imbalance.Students in the classroom teaching time management problems exist: First,the students classroom time management four aspects of the ability to not force;third,students do not pay attention to self-classroom time management ability of reflection.Because of the "fruit" follow "because of" the text of the detailed problems caused by teachers and students to make a detailed analysis of these reasons.The problem is found in order to better solve the problem,in view of the problem,the fourth part of the article puts forward the effective teaching time management strategies.As a high school teacher,they want to become an effective classroom teaching behavior of the organizers,need to proceed from the following three aspects: first,with good time management tools;second,master the corresponding classroom time management methods;Classroom time management practice to grasp the three links-that is,lesson preparation,class links and after-school links.In the course of preparation,to prepare the best class in the classroom time rhythm;in the class session,to optimize the classroom education sequence,to capture and create the opportunity of classroom education,the best level to create classroom time benefits;Did not forget to enhance their own classroom time management inductive reflection abilityand classroom time management to adjust the application of the ability to improve the fastest progress of self-classroom time management level.For high school students,they want to be the main body of effective learning behavior,need to do the following four points: First,to improve students 'classroom time management ability;Second,to strengthen the ability of students to
