| Methods and objects:In modern Golf’s complete swing technology system,putter technology system occupies a large part.In golf,putting technology often determines the success or failure of a race.Therefore,golf putter technology research is one of the highlights of golfers.Visual obstruction push ball training,golfers only perform through their own perception and ability to complete the putter practice,its purpose is to curb the visual constraints,so that its dominant restrictions have been broken to improve the kines thetic sense of movement-based perception,with the formation of ability to improve putter accuracy.In the process of visual occlusion pachinko training,appropriate language prompts are to enhance and improve the memory of various sensory perception and sensory perception analysis.This study conducted an experimental study by visually masking golfers.The study is scarce at home and abroad,especially in China,to be further researched in the pending further.Subjects and Methods: In this study,the putter accuracy during push rod training data and ontological sensor data parameters of the golf majors in our school(2011-2014,with some graduate students,a total of 28)are regarded as the research object.Before the experiment,28 subjects were tested for putting accuracy,respectively 10 times of 1.5 yards,10 times of 4.5 yards,10 times of 8.5 yards of push ball test,average number of push ball rings at different distances were calculated,and then added.Divided by the total number of rings,the ball accuracy of 28 subjects are obtained.Then the scores were ranked in descending order.To ensure that the evaluation criteria of the subjects were consistent,they were grouped into experimental group and control group after guidance and adjustment by experts.After that,the visual masking method was used to perform 8 weeks of visual masking training for the experimental group,while the control group still used the original method for training.The article uses the literature data method,the questionnaire survey method,the experiment method,the mathematical statistics method to carry onthe analysis and the research to the experimental data.At the end of the experiment,4items of perception and push accuracy for the experimental group and the control group were tested using the independent sample T test,paired sample T test,and chi-square test.Research results:1.After the experiment,the accuracy of the push-in ball in the experimental group has greatly improved and the magnitude of the improvement was greater than that of the control group.Statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference.This proves that the visual occlusion pusher training is of great significance to improve the accuracy of the golf putter.2.After the experiment,the experimental group had significant difference in the four psychological indexes(visual depth,manual stability,skin two-point discrimination threshold and finger grip accuracy)before and after the experiment;in the control group,There is no significant difference between the indicators.Then,it was found that the experimental group had significant improvement before and after the test,and the control group had almost no change.From this,it can be seen that the visual shielding and pushing ball training adopted by the experimental group has a certain role in improving golfer’s ontological perception ability compared with the normal golf ball pushing training.3.After the experiment,it is confirmed that the visual masking training relieves the dominance of the visual restriction under the premise of improving the sensory perception of the nystagmus,emphasizes the feeling of the human body,complies with the principles of exercise training and the sports physiology,and the method is simple and effective.The experimental group significantly improved the ball pushing efficiency,and most of its ball falls between the 7th ring and the 9th ring.The 8th ring is relatively concentrated. |
