In this article, through training will shoot practitionersvisual masking is used to increase the difficulty of teaching experiment research, thisresearch is still very scarce, and remains to be further down.This paper test subjects that32boys all came from2011basketball class ofXi’an Institute of Physical Education University. Before the trial test, subjectsshooting before free throw line and three-point line (positive to blue point) each of20times, test3groups, comparing the result of the test, statistical analysis, according tothe grades divided them into experimental groups and the control groups; And letbasketball experts to conduct a technical evaluation of the screening, so that thesubjects from the assessment standards achieve consistent, as the comparable sample.Experimental group wear eyeshade shoot around with visually obscured, and thecontrol group with normal shooting training. This paper based on the experimentalmethod, literature method, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics methodand the other methods, follow the principle of training, unified training, selectedsubjects, then doing the visual masking shooting on them in the eight-week training.After test do independent samples T test on the experiment before and after about onehand shoulder shot in situ and five measures of psychological perceptions (visualdepth, manual sensitivity stability, wrist joints, skin and two threshold and accuracyof the finger grip strength). Experiments concluded as follows:1. The experimental group and one hand shoulder shot in situ before and after theexperiment is improved obviously, improved greater than the control group, andstatistical significance shows significant difference exists. Their basketball technical level aremedium, and their shooting rate has room for improvement. Meanwhile, theexperiment conducted only eight weeks, the test cycle is short, if we insist for a longtime to visual masking shooting training, the practitioners will improve the effectmore obvious. The proposed shooting techniques and psychological sense perceptionchange the relationship between long-term further analysis and research on youngpeople or the high-level athletes with one hand shoulder shot in situ.5.Recommendations to promote the use of visual sheltered middle-distanceshooting training.
