Research On Evaluation System Of Hubei Teenage Sports Reserve Talents Cultivation

The training of young sports reserve personnel shoulders the responsibility of transporting IIhigh-quality competitive sports talents for the country,and comprehensively raising the quality of young sports reserve talents is the core of young sports reserve talents training.Scientific adolescent sports reserve personnel evaluation system can provide effective supervision and guarantee for adolescent sports reserve personnel training.Taking the social demand as guidance,studying the system of training and evaluating the reserve talents for young people in Hubei province can not only guide the cultivation of reserve talents for teenagers,but also have far-reaching significance for promoting the individual development of outstanding young athletes and training the international sports talents.Based on the analysis of the quality requirements of young sports reserve talents in Hubei province,this research is guided by the theory of stakeholder and the internal and external feedback dimensions,through literature review,expert consultation,questionnaire survey and AHP-Drawing lessons from overseas experience in training and evaluating adolescent sports reserve talents,taking the quality of young sports reserve talents in Hubei Province as the evaluation object,this article reflects the training of young sports reserve talents in Hubei Province by evaluating the quality of young sports reserve talents in Hubei Province.Through the cross-application of the evaluation concept of young sports reserve talents cultivation and the construction of multidimensional model map,taking the society as the orientation,the paper analyzes the constitutional elements of Hubei province young sports reserve personnel training evaluation system,Law to build the Hubei province sports reserve personnel training index system hierarchical structure model.Finally,the paper builds up the evaluation model of young sports reserve talents,and makes a quantitative assessment of the quality of young sports reserve talents training,and more truly and objectively reflects the reserve of young sports talents in Hubei Province Training quality.In practical application,this paper takes Hongshan Soccer Youth Training Center as a pilot to carry out the pilot evaluation,and according to the evaluation results to enhance the optimization path to verify the rationality and scientificness of the evaluation system of Hubei Province young sports reserve personnel.And by monitoring the factors influencing the training of young sportsmen in Hubei Province,some measures to strengthen and improve them are to improve the quality of the young talents in Hubei province.
