Youth tennis reserve talented person is the main force of the competitive tennis future, onlypay attention to backup talents construction, the development of competitive sports has stayingpower. The world tennis developed countries and regions are people have, the key is they attachgreat importance to the development of supportive talents of youth tennis. Ningbo youth tennismovement to continue the good development to reserve personnel training also don’t allow toignore.In this study, literature and data, questionnaires, statistics, logical analysis and other researchmethods, Ningbo Talented Youth Tennis and influencing factors in-depth analysis. The results areas follows:1, In recent years, Ningbo cultivate a group of good tennis backup talents, and achieved goodsports results. But due to the limitation of the selection scope, leading to a small range talent,reserve small number, age structure reasonable enough.2, Youth tennis coaches of the higher education, the age structure of the coaches meet thefuture structure development needs. But coaching experience, scientific research relatively weak,and insufficient system knowledge system, can’t do theory with practice.3, Backup talents to participate in training motivation more clearly, training initiative, parentsalso more support children engaged in tennis training, but contradictions is outstanding, most of thebackup talents of literacy class learning situation for worry.4, Most of coaches pay attention to the reserve personnel fitness, skills, and psychologicaltactics such as the training of comprehensive ability can reasonable arrangement of training lessonproportion, but still some coaches don’t pay attention to the psychological training and trainingprogram for many years.5, Tennis backup talents mainly are sent to the provincial, municipal and various colleges anduniversities. Because of family culture and bound employment and other factors, the number ofcolleges and universities to transport is increasing trend.6, Ningbo youth tennis reserve personnel training system reform has made great progress, butstill not perfect place, especially in reserve personnel training and delivery of material selection,there a lot of disadvantages. In response to these results, combined with the actual situation of Ningbo City, this paperpresents the following development proposals:1, Formulate rational practical policy, strengthens to the young people sport of tennispropaganda and popularization; further expand the scope of select material.2, To increase the coach’s management and efforts to introduction, organize to post training,improve the scientific selection of material, scientific training coaches, scientific managementability.3, To increase the Ningbo tennis reserve personnel training policy support and financialinvestment and improve the tennis coaches welfare treatment of teenagers, enhance theirenthusiasm.4, Strengthen the exchanges and cooperation with colleges and universities, formulate backuptalents of entrance preferential policies, and remove backup talents and parents trouble back athome.5, To further improve the youth tennis reserve personnel training mechanism, and activelyexplore "combination of sport and education","learning and training combined" diversifiedtraining mode.
