The embodied cognition is a new cognitive mode,which introduces the subject of body into the cognitive process of people and changes the thinking that cognitive in the past only depends on brain and thinking.Knowledge is the result of synergy between physical,mental and environmental interactions.Focusing on physical,physical and contextual interactions,knowledge is important for achieving effective teaching and promoting the physical and mental health of students,and for changing teaching and learning.And teaching methods provide guidance.The teaching method refers to the special form of the method,structure and characteristics of the special activities organized by the teaching process.It not only has the standard of teaching mode,but also has the flexibility of teaching strategy,which is the new development direction in the course teaching.Awareness of the embodied cognition can reveal the essence of the current lack of education in the body to guide the practice of teaching and broaden the current research methods for teaching.In this study,through the use of literature research method and theoretical research method,this paper studies the change of teaching methods under the embodied cognition.First of all,the thesis analyzes the following problems in the teaching methods from the perspective of cognition.The teaching objectives are established.When the teaching objectives are preset,the students' physical and psychological experience is neglected,especially the position of the body in teaching.The objectivity and obsession with objectivity and static scientific knowledge;the stylization,teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching situations of the teaching process are all reproducible and predictable,the teaching environment is closed,and the teaching methods play a role in the life education Therefore,teachers should pay attention to "body" and change their teaching methods.Secondly,this study gives an overview of the embodied cognition from its origin,main points of view,features and research factions.On the basis of criticizing the dualism proposed by the predecessors,especially the philosophers represented by Descartes,Nietzsche,Husserl and Heidegger proposed that they should pay attention to the body.Merleau-Ponty finally established the cognitive theory of the entity,He claims that the subject of perception is the body,and the body is embedded in the world,just as the heart is embedded in the body,and the mind,body and world are united.Personal cognitive theory with specific,situational,generative and motivational characteristics.Thirdly,the dissertation analyzes the enlightenment of the embodied cognition of the embodied body on the reform of teaching methods from the aspect of body,environment and interaction,and excavates the teaching value of the cognitive theory of the cognitive body.Teaching based on cognitive theory is based on the perception of human beings.It emphasizes the perception of the body and the integrity and contextuality of its interaction with the environment.It emphasizes the dynamic generation of teaching and the common creation of knowledge.Finally,this study proposes a change strategy of teaching methods based on the cognitive theory of the body.First,teachers should develop a concrete way of thinking about teaching,pay attention to the importance of the body in teaching and students ' cognitive process,and encourage the participation of students'bodies.Second,teachers should choose specific teaching methods,multi-sensory stimulation,experience teaching,close contact with life,carry out situational teaching,emphasize the dynamic,to generate teaching,teaching to do one.Third,teachers should build a solid teacher-student relationship.Fourth,teachers should create a concrete teaching environment.
