At present, the exam-oriented education is still the major means toselect talents. The traditional concept that teaching is transmit is strong inmind, and spoon-feeding teaching method is still widely used in teaching.All these are account for education inhibiting the development ofchildren’s ability to some extent in terms of reading, understanding,questioning, imagination, and creativity. Therefore, the new curriculumreform require that education must base on students to improve theirpractical capability and inquisition ability, strengthen the combination ofhumanistic spirit and enhance the contact between students and the realityso as to make learning relate closely to daily life and society. And thisis the contents emphasized by Embodied Cognition Philosophy incognitive science,and cognitive science has effect on the development direction of education technology. Therefore, investigation how to use thephilosophy theory of Embodied Cognition to guide the practice of theeducation technology is a better try to promote the quality of the newcurriculum reform education!First, from philosophical perspective, this study clearly states theorigin of Embodied Cognition theory expending from Merleau-Ponty,Heidegger,and others’ embodied philosophy to Embodied Cognition.Second, from the perspective of cognitive science theory’s development,the present thesis expounds the influence on education by Disembodied-Embodied continuum, which prompted such a continuum form, cognitiveorientation-situation orientation, in education development; Moreover,seen from the teaching perspective, based on the related theories ofEmbodied Cognition presented before, the author concludes that situationorientation is the inevitable orientation of education development, andthen take the Surveys,Electronic board teaching videos in ElementarySchool Mathematics for example, deeply analyses the present situationof teaching factors of "situation-orientation" with body-covered,body-environment/situation, and body-technology and probe intobuilding strategy of the related teaching factors aim to make teachingreally care about the learners’ body.This thesis points out body, environment/situation and technologyshould be a trinity applied in education to promote the development of education technology closely following such a viewpoint, that isenvironment or situation is the end-result for body and technology is theextension for body. These results in better promote the design ofcontext-oriented teaching and the pioneering development of education.
