A Case Study On Musical Guidance From The Perspective Of Relationship Empowerment To Relieve Patients With Advanced Lung Cancer And Their Families Of Anxiety

At the moment,the concept of "better students" has been deeply rooted in the hearts of people,and "preeminent death" is a very niche term.For patients,anxiety and feelings of helplessness arise from the diagnosis to the end of life.For family members,they have to deal with the pressure of complicated care,and they also have to bear the pain of their loved ones leaving.They will also feel the same way.Therefore,the purpose of this study was to relieve the anxiety of patients and their families.The research process:The use of scale and projection test methods to complete case screening and psychological assessment,and ultimately selected three patients with advanced lung cancer and their families as the study object,through social work case work practices,carry out hospice care services,Solve the problem of anxiety among lung cancer patients and their families.Among them,the use of participatory observation methods,case analysis,and statistical analysis research methods,a complete record of the service process in the case of intervention,the entire collection of service data,the use of baseline measurement and qualitative materials to assess the effectiveness of the service,discuss and summarize the emergence stage of medical Social workers involved in the personalized service of anxiety and sensation in dying patients and their families.Findings:Social workers have established professional relationships with late-stage lung cancer patients and their family members with different types of attachment relationships.They use music,life history review,and rainbow cards to mobilize resources,strengthen support,and conduct case-based service of relationship empowerment.Using SPSS 19.0 statistical software to analyze the mean value of psychological assessment before and after the intervention,the mean values of anxiety and pressure of the 3 patients and their family members decreased significantly.At the same time,the results of the paired sample T-test showed that there were significant differences in the anxiety variables of the patients and their families,indicating that the anxiety of the cases was effectively relieved.Research conclusions:When social workers provide case service,they should provide targeted personalized services and handle the anxiety they face in accordance with the different attachment relationships and different needs of patients with advanced lung cancer and their families.Based on the common laws of the same group of service objects,according to the individual characteristics of the individual cases,we can see and respect the needs of patients with advanced lung cancer and family members,and carry out personalized and professional services that meet the individual cases.
