A Case Study On The Intervention Of Rational Emotion Therapy In Anxiety Of Breast Cancer Patients

Now,cancer has become a major disease that seriously affects human health.Breast cancer has become the most common malignant tumor in women.It not only causes adverse effects on patients’ physical,psychological and cognitive levels,but also tends to produce anxiety during treatment.In this paper,researchers in a large general hospital in Hunan province through literature analysis,in-depth interview method and participatory observation method to analyze the anxiety of breast cancer patients and their causes.Among all kinds of malignant tumors affecting patients,breast cancer has the greatest impact on patients’ quality of life and emotional management,while breast cancer patients have the worst quality of life and psychological status.Through the continuous development and progress of the connotation and extension of medical social work service,the social requirements are gradually improved,and more attention is paid to the development of whole-person whole-course service in the health field.This study aims to through in-depth understanding of the service object the degree of anxiety and its causes,to provide different levels of anxiety service object targeted service measures and the suggestion,further analyze the problem from multiple angles of internal factors and external factors,analysis of the whole process of its development and change of cognitive behavior,so as to provide specific solutions and the implementation of the medical affair social work service.Current under the necessary for the reform of medical system,medical social work involved in breast cancer patients’ anxiety related research has not caused extensive attention from all sectors of society,this study through the full understanding of breast cancer patients during hospitalization and community rehabilitation period of physiological health,psychological health and the demand of the social support and so on,In order to provide social work services for breast cancer patients with whole-person care,enhance the independence of the clients,and truly realize the service concept of helping others and helping themselves,the case work methods are explored to reduce the anxiety level of breast cancer patients from the perspective of social support.The intervention of medical social work in the anxiety of breast cancer patients is not only the responsibility of medical social workers,but also the necessity of social work service concept.In the process of providing medical social work services in the department of breast surgery,Miss Wang,who was referred by the head nurse of the department of breast surgery for invasive breast cancer,became the service object of the author because she did not cooperate with clinical treatment,and carried out case work intervention research.Through social work service object to Miss Wang services in the case of Miss Wang anxiety significantly improved,social work in guiding the service object right view and values in the process of combing disease,face up to their own psychological needs and physiological needs,communication,society and family members take the initiative to find all gaps found its own advantages and resources,actively developing its potential.After the social workers provided individual case services for the service objects,their treatment compliance was significantly improved,and their anxiety was significantly improved.According to Miss Wang’s nurse in charge,Miss Wang’s chemotherapy effect was obvious,and her mental outlook was different from the depression and sadness during the first chemotherapy.In terms of alleviating Miss Wang anxiety and family relations,the social worker helped the service object solve the essential problems of family conflicts,set up rational emotions for the service object and actively created a family support network of social support.
