With the development of information technology,education has gradually integrated with information technology.The product of the development of information technology— micro-lecture has been applied to the history teaching.However,designing high school history micro-lecture based on key competencies is more conducive to the students to learn history and cultivate historical key competencies.First of all,this paper introduces the concept of historical key competencies and micro-lecture.Secondly,it analyses the feasibility and principle of designing high school history micro-lecture based on key competencies.And based on ADDIE model,it discusses the design process of high school history micro-lecture includes five stages: preliminary analysis,content design,specific development,implementation and evaluation.According to the five key competencies,the history micro-lecture is classified into five major themes: micro-lecture for the materialist conception of history,micro-lecture for the concept of time and space,micro-lecture for the demonstration of historical data,micro-lecture for the historical interpretation and micro-lecture for the emotion of family-country.Then it analyses the ninth course of high school history I “The expansion of the capitalist political system in the European continent “which is Published by the People's Education Press,integrates it into micro-lecture of the five major themes and conducts the design of micro teaching and the design of script.Lastly,it proposes four suggestions about how to design high school history micro-lecture based on key competencies,including: firstly,improving the integrity of the design of high school history micro-lecture;secondly,promoting the connection between the historical key competencies and the micro-lecture;thirdly,Strengthening the evaluation function of the high school history micro-lecture;fourthly,enriching the principal part of the high school history micro-lecture.It is believed that with the deepening of the research of micro-lecture,key competencies and history,the cause of education reform in our country will be flourishing and history teaching will add a lot of fresh energy.
