In recent years, with the various industry fields haven been enhanced continuously by Internet, the scope of application of the Internet in education and teaching of all countries in the world has rapidly expanded, a variety of new teaching modes of application and online learning resource have also emerged in an endless stream:from several years of open online course and blended learning model to now the popular the Flipped Classroom and Micro-lecture, to the hot Mooc, these make learners too busy to attend to all. At present, the emergence and prevalence of Micro-lecture resource is directly reflected in the field of school education, the reason is manifold. The first, the influence by the education informatization development’s background, including digital campus’s construction and popularizition, all kinds of courseware making technology’s simplition, these have inspired teachers to participate in the construction of teaching informationization enthusiasm, the teachers want to record themselve excellent teaching design and teaching effect through various forms, so that the student’s learning and ability can be enhanced. Second, the emergence of Micro-lecture has a direct relationship with the mobile learning’s spreadition. The popularization and application of mobile Internet and mobile terminal equipment make people obtaining online source’s form has changed, learning is no longer limited to desktop computer or notebook computer, as long as there is a smart terminal and network, learners can be personal learning whenever and wherever.New technology plays an important leading role on education and teaching, its attempt and application in the development of education has received extensive attention, studying new technology’s design and development pattern, teaching strategies, application effect in the practical teaching link is the obligation and mission for the educators. Micro-lecture resourse as one of the new learning resourse has the important practical significance and far-reaching influence of education to rich resource of education and teaching, to advance the process of education information, to promote the development of education and teaching. Through the research’s discovery, Micro-lecture resourse design and simple operation meet the need of teacher’s teaching, which in turn can promote its’ construction and development, and the emerging Micro-lecture resourse has many studies which are worthy of in-depth studying and problems need to be solved. Based on the above thinking, for the further study of Micro-lecture resourse, to put the new technology and Micro-lecture resourse into effective integration, to solve the existing problems of Micro-lecture resourse, for the design and development of high quality’s Micro-lecture resourse, this study summarizes the basic knowledge of Micro-lecture resourse through the method of literature research and case analysis, combined with the specific teaching content, constructing "autonomous learning model based on interaction" Micro-lecture resourse’s design mode, with the help of the power of technology developing this mode of teaching video. Finally, analysing the application effect of "autonomous learning model based on interaction" Micro-lecture resourse through Interviewing. Specifically, this research consists of the following seven parts.The first part is the introduction of this research. Firstly it expounds the importance of the study from informational education background, the wave of Micro-lecture and occupation education informatization’s actual need. Then it definites the research problem, research purpose, research significance, research idea and method, and summarizes the related research status at home and abroad.The second part is the paper’s core concepts and theoretical basis,which introduces the interaction, Micro-lecture resourse’s core concepts, and the application of the related theoretical basis.The third part puts forward interactive Micro-lecture resourse’s design idea and technical tools. It is based on analysing the corresponding and excellent Micro-lecture resourse cases, combining with the design idea of the author, which puts forward the design idea and design principle of the research on Micro-lecture resourse, and introduces the specific technical tools which achieve those ideals and principles.The fourth part is the paper’s importangt part, which is the interactive Micro-lecture resourse’s design. Combined with specific virtual reality technology summary’s content, being based on analysing the characteristics of learners, teaching content, teaching target and so on, the part constructs "autonomous learning model based on interaction" Micro-lecture resourse’s design mode, and the flexible time design and interaction, navigation and other teaching strategies, and puts forward the constitution structure of Micro-lecture resourse, and discusses Micro-lecture resourse’s situation, interactivity, diversity, interesting character.The fifth part is the study of the practice. According to "autonomous learning model based on interaction" Micro-lecture resourse’s design mode, it uses concrete and feasible tools to realize Micro-lecture resourse under this mode. At the same time, in order to detect the practice effect of "autonomous learning model based on interaction" Micro-lecture resourse, and further improve and optimize the teaching strategies, the author makes an interview with the teacher and some students who watch the video, and analyses application effect.The last part is the summary part, which summarizes the present research, summarizes the research conclusion, the innovation points in this paper, the shortage of the study and the future direction of development.
