| Joint attention as an important part of social interaction requires not only skills but also motivation.The joint attention deficit of autistic children is whether skill is unfamiliar or lack of motivation is also needed to be verified by experiments.As a proven effective intervention method,PRT has developed a complete set of motivational strategy models,which is of great significance for the impact of autistic children’s joint attention.This study is divided into two parts.The first part is clinical intervention using PRT strategy to autistic children,and explores the impact of PRT on its joint attention.The second part is the experimental study,including children’s selection,task dispersion,task switching and nature to strengthen the four paradigm,explore four motivational strategies of joint attention on the influence of all kinds of behavior of autistic children,mental retardation children and normal children by three subjects.The intervention study found:PRT motivation strategy can significantly improve the joint attention behaviors of autistic children;PRT can effectively improve the enthusiasm of parents of autistic children in the intervention process;motivation and improving joint attention can effectively reduce the negative emotions of autistic children;PRT motivation strategies to make autistic children’s joint attention intervention the effect can be maintained.The findings of the study are as follows:Experiment one found that o give children to improve their decision-making power in the hands of joint attention level;pay attention to the development of common normal children was significantly better than that of autistic children;children with mental disability joint attention development level and the other two types of children’s overall gap is small;the greatest impact on decision types of joint attention of ordinary children only improve the decision-making;autistic children at behavior level,no significant effect on other types of behavior.Experiment two found that task can significantly improve children’s joint attention level;pay attention to the development of common normal children was significantly better than that of autistic children;children with mental disability joint attention long and autistic children have little overall gap;task significantly improve autistic children of common reaction note that while no significant effect on the spontaneous;task only increases the dispersion of autistic children watching behavior frequency,impact on other factors is not significant;task significantly affect the accuracy of children’s picture identification,the greatest impact on ordinary children.Experiment three found that task switching can significantly improve the level of children’s joint attention;pay attention to the development of common normal children was significantly better than that of autistic children;children with mental disability joint attention long and autistic children have little overall gap;task switching significantly improve autistic children of common reaction note that while no significant effect on the spontaneous;task switching only improve autistic children to see things,to other factors is not significant;task switching significantly affected children.To identify the correct rate of autistic children affected.Experiment four found that natural reinforcement can significantly improve the children’s joint attention level,especially the number of acts;pay attention to the development of common nonnal children was significantly better than that of autistic children;children with mental disability joint attention development level and the other two children have little overall gap;task switching can improve autistic children with reactive joint attention and had no significant effect on spontaneous;natural reinforcement only improved the autistic children see things behavior,no significant effect on other behavior.In summary,conclusion is that:1.PRT motivation strategy can effectively improve the frequency of joint attention of children with autism in clinical intervention and the effect of maintenance is good.2.PRT motivation strategy had no significant effect on the response rate of children’s joint attention.3.PRT motivational strategies can improve children’s joint attention,and natural reinforcement is especially significantly improved for the number of times.4.PRT motivation strategy was more obvious for the response of autistic children,especially the improvement of the behavior.5.The effects of different motivational strategies on different types of children have different focuses:the conversion of tasks significantly affects the correct rate of children’s image recognition,which has a great influence on autistic children.6.The joint attention of common children is significantly better than that of autistic children,and the overall gap between children with mental retardation and the other two types of children is not significant. |
