Purposes:This study with common 16 female college students as the research object,Uses the footscan plantar pressure test system for the object of study for eight weeks high intensity intermittent treadmill training features of plantar pressure test and analysis,to explore high intensity intermittent treadmill training for 8 weeks,walking and running the influence of plantar pressure under two kinds of state,in order to promote a healthy sports theoretical research and practical application to provide the reference.Methods:The subjects were divided into exercise intervention group(8)and control group(8),and the exercise intervention group completed 8 weeks of high-intensity interval training.The control group maintained daily living habits and did not do specific exercise training or strenuous physical exercise during the experiment.Walking on exercise intervention group and control group before and after the experiment condition and running state of plantar pressure index,indicators include:pressure peak value,the relative pressure peak value,peak forces value time,load rate,impulse and impulse,and use spss21.0 Chinese version for data processing,analyzed 8 weeks high intensity intermittent treadmill training for female college students walking and running state of plantar pressure distribution of the regional characteristics.Results:(1)The walking process,intervention group and control group before and after the experiment the pressure peak value and the relative peak forces value did not change significantly distribution area,the size of large peak value area for 2,3,5 metatarsal and heel,intervention group experiment after peak strength is less than before the trial,the right foot 2-5 phalanges pressure peak value decreased significantly(P<0.05);Running process,the intervention group and control group before and after the experiment the pressure peak value and the relative peak forces value distribution area also no obvious change,distribution of large area for the foot and heel,2,3 intervention group experiment after peak strength is less than before.(2)Walking and running process,the control group in various regions of the peak strength time has no obvious change,intervention group of phonak overall declining value time,walking and running process reached the peak value of time distribution were characterized by heel<arch<tibia<toe bone.(3)In the process of walking,the intervention group and control group before and after the experiment of impulse distribution had no obvious change of size,impulse and impulse distribution larger area for 2,3 metatarsal and heel,impulse after intervention group experiment is less than before the trial,the right foot 2-5 phalanges and inside of the heel decreased significantly(P<0.05);Running process,the intervention group and control group before and after the experiment of impulse size distribution also has no obvious change,pulse distribution larger area for 2,3 metatarsal,impulse after intervention group experiment is less than before the trial,which in the arch and heel down significantly.(4)During walking and running,the regions with large negative load rates during walking and running were both sufficient.After the intervention group,the load rate was less than that in other regions except the second and fifth toe.In the course of running,the area of the intervention group and the control group with a larger load rate was in the heel,and the load rate of the intervention group after the experiment was less than before the training.Conclusions:(1)The female college students in walking and running state of plantar pressure main stress area for the foot and heel,2,3 at first time presents the heel<arch<tibia<toe bone.(2)8 weeks high intensity intermittent treadmill training on female college students walking and running state of plantar pressure peak value,pulse,and the size of the load rate,the distribution.area of no significant influence,but can reduce the plantar pressure peak value,pulse,each area load rate,especially the main stress area.(3)Yhe high strength interval training of 8 weeks has a certain.effect on the time of peak force value in the main stress area,and the time of peak force value in the main stress area is decreased.
