Objective:This study is to analyze the impact of plantar pressure of mechanism of plantar pressure change through to the different intensity of jogging, the change of time and grade.the further understanding of the foot and functional movement mechanism, the effects of different intensity of change on a foot, so as to provide reference for prevention of sports injury and fitness guidance.Method:Using Footscan plantar pressure test system, in zhejiang normal university physical education and health sciences at the 14 students as subjects, respectively, on the ground, uphill and downhill run on stage at a speed of 7.5 km/h for jogging exercise for 30 minutes, the experiment is divided into six stages, every 5 minutes for a stage to collect the data of the test. Using spss21.0 Chinese version for data processing and analysis in the process of the different strength of jogging on the impact of plantar pressure.Analysis:(1) The heart rate increased with the increase of time during different slope jogging, within the scope of jogging heart rate and maximum heart rate. The ground and run uphill when heart rate changes are different.(2) A foot metatarsus area on the ground to run at the time of the peak pressure is generally greater than uphill and downhill run, a foot toe bone area in peak pressure is generally greater than the ground when he was running uphill and downhill run run, plantar heel area in the downhill run when the peak pressure is generally greater than the ground running and uphill.(3) During the ground jogging, digit area, foot plantar area, the peak pressure of arch area overall trend of increased first, then decrease then increase; Heel area of the peak pressure in general have been reduced to the trend of increase with the increase of time slowly again. In the Uphill jogging, a foot toe bone area and the peak pressure arch and heel area overall trends first increases and then decreases and then increases; The metatarsal area (1,2,3,4, metatarsus) peak pressure change trend of the first decrease and then increase. In the downhill jogging,1 phalanges and the peak pressure of the overall trend of the fifth metatarsal is to decrease then increase first,2-5 phalanges,1,2,3,4 metatarsal, arch and heel area of the peak pressure change trend first decrease then increase.Conclusion:(1)The heart rate showed a trend of increasing along with the passage of time in different slope jogging. Plantar district average peak pressure change is increasing as time first increases and then decreases, and as time accumulation to increase trend.(2) During the different slope jogging, at the same time, comparing different slope metatarsal area on the ground when jogging plantar peak pressure is greater than districts jogging and up/down jogging, uphill jogging phalanges area in plantar peak pressure is greater than the ground jog districts and downhill jogging, heel area when jogging a foot down on the region’s biggest peak pressure is generally greater than the ground jogging and running uphill.(3) Different slope jogging 30 minutes, with the passage of time the whole change trend for plantar peak pressure:the space plantar peak pressure, adapt and plantar peak pressure decreases, and with the increase of time peak pressure increase again, may be caused by the body slowly close to fatigue state.(4) According to the changes of heart rate range, the speed of 7.5 km/h for the ground jog. Running training by 5% and-5% of the up/down slope is feasible.
