High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT)is a training method that participates in and completes an exercise program in a short period of time with a large amount of exercise and efficiently,and uses multiple groups of means to exercise intervention.The interval between rest periods must not exceed the exercise time to prevent the body from reaching a complete rest.During this rest period,the body also needs to maintain low-intensity exercise to ensure that the subject's heart rate is fully restored before the formal high-intensity exercise.Today,researchers at home and abroad who are keen to use high-intensity interval training to conduct experimental interventions in different fields are increasing.Many excellent coaches from abroad have practiced it as excellent training methods for national team athletes.With their short-term efficiency,they can be effective in a short time Improve athletic performance of athletes.Science and technology have developed simultaneously with the times,and people at all levels have gradually increased their requirements and pursuits.Along with it,the health and obesity issues that the public is very concerned about have also shown an increasing trend.Due to the high academic burden and graduates' pressure on future employment,in addition to physical education in primary and secondary schools,more college students will choose more lifestyles or learning styles that are of interest to them.It has also led to more and more students nowadays because of too little exercise,resulting in a decline in physical level or an increase in sports injury rates.Research objective: this study will explore whether the implementation of high intensity intermittent training in aerobics classroom has a positive effect on the physical health level of female college students through a 10-week exercise intervention to provide a more time-saving and efficient teaching atmosphere for aerobics class,and also to provide reference value for physical education in colleges and universities.Research methods: this paper mainly adopts literature method,expert interview method,experiment method,test method,contrast analysis method,mathematical statistics method to carry out 10 weeks of experimental intervention for 24 sophomore female college students in class 2018 financial trade class of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics,to study the influence of HIIT on the physical health level of female college students in aerobics classes in colleges and universities to explore the feasibility of operation.In accordance with the National Health Standards for Students,the students will allocated in the two groups were placed in height,weight,BMI,lung capacity,50 m,800m,standing jump respectively.At the same time,according to the professional and extensibility of aerobics course,I measured the balance quality and cardiopulmonary ability of two groups of students respectively in the aspects of eye-opening station,closed-eye station,quiet heart rate and immediate heart rate after exercise.Through the official website of Shanghai Institute of Physical Education to search the relevant research literature,interview the research scholars and professors in and out of school and related majors of this study,refer to the experimental scheme,design and the experimental suggestions of professional experts and scholars at home and abroad,and combine their own characteristics of aerobics specialty targeted high-intensity intermittent training program,using WPS for data statistics and integration,and then combined with Spss20.0 to analyze and summarize the various test indexes of the two groups of students before and after the experiment.The results were as follows:after10 weeks of high-intensity interval training,(1)there was significant difference in body weight and BMI in the experimental group(P <0.05);but there was no significant difference in the control group except for BMI(P <0.05)(P >0.05);(2)there was a significant improvement in the heart rate in the experimental group after lung capacity,quiet heart rate and exercise(P <0.05);but there was no significant difference in the control group except for quiet heart rate(P <0.01);(3)there was no significant difference in the standing long jump in the experimental group(P <0.05>).There was a significant increase in open and closed eye stations(P <0.05)(P <0.01);but there was no significant difference in the control group(P >0.05).The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)High-intensity interval training can effectively improve the body shape of female college students,and it has the effects of losing weight,reducing fat,and shaping the body.(2)High-intensity interval training can effectively improve female students' vital capacity,heart rate,and physical balance.(3)High-intensity interval training has a positive effect on waist strength,flexibility,speed,and aerobic capacity of female college students.
