In 2002,the Ministry of Education officially promulgated and implemented the"National physical Education Curriculum guidance Program for General institutions of higher Learning",which pointed out that:"the teaching methods should be individualized and diversified,promote multilateral mutual assistance between teachers and students,and strive to increase the enthusiasm of students to participate,and to maximize the creativity of students."The transformation of this teaching method has exerted a profound influence on physical education in our country.In the discussion of PE teaching methods,there are cooperative teaching,dynamic stratified teaching,task-driven teaching and so on.However,from the practical effect,these methods do not give full play to the autonomy of students’ learning and the multilateral interaction between teachers and students.In this context,the asynchronous teaching method,which is more consistent with the spirit of the outline,has attracted more and more attention.However,from the existing literature on asynchronous pedagogy,Concentrated in non-sports subjects in primary and secondary schools,Whether it is suitable for physical education in colleges and universities has not been systematically discussed.In addition,has more than 30 years of history of asynchronous teaching methods are still adapted to modern physical education?It is also worth exploring.Based on the consciousness of the above problems,this paper takes tennis teaching in colleges as an example,using literature method,experimental method,investigation method,etc.In both theory and practice,The background,connotation,theoretical basis and characteristics of asynchronous teaching method are systematically combed.And confirmed by teaching experiment.The conclusions are as follows:1.By analyzing the background of asynchronous teaching method,the main points of view can be summarized in five aspects:(1)The asynchronous teaching method is the dialectical unity of "difference" and”same",seeking common ground,respecting students’ individual differences and pursuing common development;(2)Asynchronous teaching method is based on individual differences in learning,emphasizing asynchronous guidance and following the principle of "teaching according to one’s aptitude";(3)The asynchronous teaching method attaches importance to the analysis of the learning situation and carries out the teaching according to the specific conditions of the middle school students during the teaching process;(4)Due to the need of asynchronous guidance,it is impossible to achieve everything by relying on the individual ability of the teacher,so the intervention of modern teaching media is indispensable;(5)The asynchronous teaching method is not only a concrete teaching method,but also has methodological significance.The educational idea of improving each student on the basis of the original offers operational possibilities.2.The asynchronous teaching method breaks the traditional teaching method teachers’"one-size-fits-all" form of inculcating knowledge,and highlights the main position of the students.The relationship between teachers and students in the classroom has been changed from "teacher leading,student body" to "learning community".3.Asynchronous teaching method is helpful to solve the related problems in tennis elective course teaching in colleges and universities in China.The problems such as insufficient cognition of tennis sport and lack of systematization in sports technique learning have been fundamentally improved,and the problems of giving consideration to different sports levels have been solved effectively,and "not only given to fish,but also to fish" has been achieved.4.The results of comparative teaching experiments show that:(1)Compared with the traditional teaching method,the asynchronous teaching method is more conducive to establishing harmonious teacher-student relationship,enhancing teachers’ asynchronous guidance ability,improving students’ consciousness of autonomous learning,and realizing the continuous optimization of teaching effect.(2)The asynchronous teaching method is more systematized than the traditional teaching method,which further clarifies the questions of why,what and how to teach,why students learn,what to learn,and how to learn.(3)Compared with the traditional teaching method,asynchronous teaching method is more helpful to improve students’ motor skills and autonomous learning ability.5.The research needs to be improved:(1)The implementation of asynchronous teaching method requires high self-control ability of students.Before the experiment,teachers need to cultivate students’ self-study ability,therefore,teachers need to spend a long time to guide students.(2)In the teaching process,asynchronous teaching method has its own method system,but its concrete structure needs to be further clarified.
