| Infant sports games are based on the basic activities of the body as the main material,with fairy tales and life experiences as backgrounds,so that young children can participate voluntarily and actively,and are happy to participate in sports activities.They are important ways for young children to participate in sports activities;Sex and balance have an important role.Whether children’s sports games can play a positive role in the growth and development of children and physical and mental health,the key element is the effective guidance of teachers.Therefore,researching the teacher’s instructional strategies in children’s sports games has great practical significance and academic value for improving the level of kindergarten games.This study mainly uses observation and interviewing methods,observes and analyzes 32 videos of teaching courses,and interviews 5 teachers who have long been teaching "Body Intelligence" courses in kindergartens to understand the guidance strategies frequently used by teachers in different age groups to find guidance strategies for use.The reason is to evaluate the effect of the use of guiding strategies,to find out the problems in the use of guiding strategies,and to propose the most effective guidance strategies for children’s sports games.This study divides teacher instruction strategies into language instruction strategies and non-language instruction strategies.Language instruction strategies are divided into:explanation,description,inquiry,instruction,suggestion,and evaluation.Non-linguistic instructional strategies are divided into:exemplary actions,body language,and ancillary media.Exemplary actions include:teachers are demonstrating,teachers are demonstrating negatively,students are demonstrating positively,and students are demonstrating negatively.Through analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.In the teaching practice of children’s sports games,it is found through observation and statistics of teaching videos that teachers use language instruction strategies more frequently than non-language instruction strategies.Moreover,the frequency of teachers’use of instructional strategies gradually decreases with the age of young children.2.The frequency of using large-scale language instruction strategies from high to low is:explanation-evaluation-description-suggestions-instructions-inquiries;small classes use language instruction strategy frequency from high to low are:description-explain--Evaluation-Inquiry-Instruction-Suggestion.In general,the small-school children’s sports games have strong storylines and situational contexts.Therefore,the description of the guiding tactics is essential.In large-scale sports games,the movements have certain skills.Therefore,explanations are essential.3.Teachers,body language plays a dominant role in non-verbal instructional strategies.However,as the age of young children increases,the number of language use by teachers gradually decreases.Secondly,teachers are occupying a dominant position in demonstration.They are second only to the teacher’s body language,and there is no change in the frequency of use with age.4.In the children’s sports games of large class,as the age of young children grows,the frequency with which teachers use students to demonstrate increases gradually.5.In the children’s sports games of large class,the efficiency of teacher’s language instruction strategy is higher than non-language instruction strategies;in the small class children’s sports games,teachers’ non-language instruction strategies are more efficient than language instruction strategies.6.In the large-scale children’s sports games,the teacher’s language evaluation instruction strategy has the highest efficiency,followed by explanation and description;in the small class children’s sports game,the teacher’s language description instruction strategy has the highest efficiency,followed by evaluation and explanation.7.In large-scale children’s sports games,teachers are demonstrating the highest efficiency in teachers’ non-language instructional strategies,followed by body language and students’ positive demonstrations;in small class children’s sports games,teachers are demonstrating non-language instruction strategies.The highest efficiency,followed by body language and auxiliary media.In order to improve the quality of children’s sports games and improve the professional level of teachers,the following suggestions are made:First,the instructions should be "rounded";Second,children’s language and vision should be used to enter the children’s experience world;... |
