| With rapid speed developing of Chinese economy and increasing level of people's daily life,the demand for consumption of popular fitness is increasing,especially pushing forwards by the national strategy of national wide fitness.So the demand for building new fitness platform is very outstanding and the civic sports meeting has became the most significant new platform.This sports meeting is a new and most extensive participation meeting which take normal citizens as subject and with a model all year holding and all sports events covering.It is a prospective research to make citizen sports meeting to be normalized and stratification,and its strategical meaning to implement national fitness policy and build a healthy China.We adopted the methods of literature,field investigation,case analysis and questionnaire to fully analysis and research of current development situation of citizens sports meeting and discussed the excising questions theoretically and practically,we had the conclusions as below:First,the citizens sports meeting takes normal citizens as main participants,aims to meet citizens' requirements of fitness and entertainment which planned and full participate by citizens.This sports meeting is beyond other sports meetings in the concept of competition,the purpose of competition,participants and activities forms.And has its own features: nationwide,public,health,entertaining,multiplicity and flexibility.Second,the citizen sport meeting held in shanghai has some features like: large scale,widespread participation,more holding events,long lasting time etc.Compared with transitional fitness platform,there happens lots of new breakthroughs in competition concept,competition cooperation,sports events setting,innovative management,competition system and so on.But we should note there still exists huge development space in the construction of personal accident insurance mechanism of participating citizens.Third,the citizen sports meeting held in Wenzhou has its own characteristic and highlight features: series of competition events hold through carriers of festival celebration,and social organizations such like associations play a leading role to hold this competition.It creates new four-levels linkage full participants coverage mode,but compared with the citizen sports meeting held in Shanghai,there still exists a big gap.Firstly,the lack of publicity which requires to be strengthened.Secondly,the marketization degree of competition holder is not enough which makes the commercialization and marketization legging behind.Revolution,innovation and development are the issues which Wenzhou citizen sports meeting urgent to solve.Fourth,the citizen sport meeting is a one of new popular fitness platform,and a new nationwide fitness platform as well,it still requires revolution and development,and more needs sustainable development.Therefore,there is a strategic value to push forward to implement national fitness strategy program through building a new national fitness platform and take citizen sports meeting as carrier.Through this research,we could come up with some development strategies as below: Firstly,setting up a creative concept of new national fitness platform.Secondly,building a full coverage system of sports events,change the short slab of supply inadequate.Thirdly,building four-levels linkage system to hold competition combine cities,countries,towns and communities.Fourthly,building a mechanism to introduce private capital to bring new energy to new fitness platform.Fifth,upgrade service level,optimize competition management more internet and intelligence. |
