The Correlation Research Of Individual Growth Background And College Students' Value Orientation

Under the influence of economic globalization and market economy,people's communication is extensive and frequent.In the process,the collision of College Students' values has become more and more intense,which has put forward a strong challenge to college students' values education.In the process of growth,college students spent most of their time in school and at home,Therefore,college students are deeply influenced by their growth environment in the sense of value orientation.At present,the research on the relationship between the two is scarce and lacks empirical analysis.Therefore,it is necessary to further research on the relationship between them.Based on the method of objective sampling and stratified sampling,34 provinces and cities are divided into eastern,central and western regions.Net questionnaires are given put in portion among college students of vocational colleges,ordinary colleges,211 and provincial key universities and 985 universities.First-hand data are obtained and analyzed,and the research status found:Girls performed better than boys in values orientation;there are significant differences in the value orientation of college students between the east,central and west regions;graduates with rural households performs worse than those with urban households,in the "political orientation"," economic orientation" and "scientific orientation".The value orientation of college students have significant differences in their background variables;there is a significant positive correlation of individual growth background and value orientation of college students,of which the college students'individual growth background has a moderate positive correlation with the value orientation type of "political orientation" and "social orientation" and "belief orientation"and "aesthetic orientation" and has a weak positive correlation with "economic orientation" and "scientific orientation" type.The following conclusions are drawn:the growth background level has a significant impact on College Students' value orientation;the growth background of Disadvantaged College students is insufficient in many dimensions of value orientation;the value orientation of college students can be predicted through the background level of individual growth.We suggests that it is imperative for college to support disadvantages students create a quality environment and help them enhance value orientation in psychological and behavioral aspect to promote self-development.
