The Study Of College Student' Employment Value Orientation Under The New Situation

In recent years,The college students employment is very difficult,However,there are many causes of difficult employment,Among them,the employment value orientation has an important influence on the choice of behavior,which is one of the important reasons leading to employment difficulties,Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the difficult problem of college students from the perspective of employment value orientation.In this paper,Based on in-depth interviews,16cases of college students and 4 cases of teachers,70 cases of open questionnaire and 130 cases of closed questionnaire test.This paper uses the factor analysis to extract the specific measurement indexes of four types of "personal-material","personal-spirit",social-material and social-spirit of "individual-social" and "material-spiritual'dimensions of college students' employment value orientation,And then the establishment of college students employment value orientation scale,part of the Wuhan area Universities of 1000 college students to conduct empirical research,And using SPSS 19.0 analysis to get the value orientation of university students'employment situation and the difference of the variables such as in gender,grade,subject,the political aspect,the student cadre,the one-child,family seat.And analyzes the factors that affect the college students' employment value orientation,and then puts forward the path of optimizing the employment value orientation of college students.The results show that the overall college students in employment value orientation "material-spirit" dimensions,there is no significant difference between the individual spirit type and the individual material type.In the "individual-social"dimension,the individual orientation is higher than the social orientation;There are significant differences in the employment value orientation of college students among the seven demographic variables of gender,grade,discipline,political outlook,student cadres,single child,family location.From the "personal-social"dimension,Non-student cadre experience,non-party members,city membership,senior students have a higher personal orientation.From the "material-spiritual"dimension,Humanities and Social Sciences,male,high school students have a higher material orientation.In view of the above research,the following countermeasures are put forward.It is suggested to guide the students to establish the scientific employment value orientation from the society,the school,the family and the individual.Through strengthening social constraints and support,Optimize school education and service,Attention to family conservation function,Improve the individual accomplishment of college students,etc.to guide students to establish a scientific value orientation of employment.
