Due to the uneven development of economic and the quiet differently of teaching conditions in various regions of China,the gap between education and education is increasing.The state of Alabama is vast,with a large similarity to China and a shortage of resources.Stressed in the countries all over the world fair education today,the United States and China's education present situation is becoming more and more seriously,start with the power of technology and advantages and its integration with teaching,explore new ways to solve the problem of education fairness,subsequently the distance special delivery classroom appear.In this paper,Summerdale School in the United States and Jinhua Xianyuanhu Experimental School in China are selected as the research object of distance special delivery classroom,through questionnaire survey,interviews,participant observation and other methods.compared to the Summerdale School and Chinese Xianyuanhu Experimental School's distance special delivery classroom case study,discusses the distance special delivery classroom teaching present situation of the two schools.Results show that on the aims of implementing remote mail class,is by sharing high quality education resources,realize the balanced development of education,promote the realization of education fairness,in the implementation process and link,stressed that the bilateral cooperation with teachers,and have been insufficient interaction and teaching progress too fast.But the difference between the two schools is clear.On policy making,Summerdale School's policy making subject diversification,policy making method "based on evidence",is scientific and reasonable,but the main body of Xianyuanhu Experimental School's policy making subject is mainly the state-led,policy making method mostly "based on experience".In the teacher training,the training of the Summerdale School is more strict,there are special training websites and policy manuals,credits and class requirements;Xianyuanhu Experimental School is relatively scattered and lacks standardization.In support of the system,the support system of the Summerdale School is relatively large,and the government,enterprises,communities and other forces participate in it.The support system of Xianyuanhu Experimental School is less,it is basically the government advocate,the school practice situation,the enterprise and the community almost do not participate.The above comparison case study,though only a case study of different cultural backgrounds,has also given us some enlightenment.China's vast territory,between urban and rural areas and between regions of education unbalanced development needs to be addressed.The distance special delivery classroom is promising in this respect and can be further promoted.Our country can learn from the experience of the United States,set up special funds,improve the teachers' training,adjust measures to local conditions to use,participate in multiple forces,building more pilot school,forming a volunteer team and so on several aspects,in order to better promote the implementation of the distance special delivery classroom.
