the general public for various sports activities.Swimming,as one of the popular sports events,is increasingly favored by the broad masses of the people of our country and the enthusiasm of the masses is increasing.Due to the need to carry out mass swimming and fitness activities,the instructors of swimming social sports need to provide professional swimming and fitness guidance services to stimulate the vitality and interest of swimming fitness for all.This article takes the "National Social Sports Instructor's National Professional Standard" as the guiding ideology,and learns about and inquires into the current working conditions and existing problems of swimming social sports instructors distributed in various provinces,cities and districts and counties in Shanxi Province.Then understand the status quo of the professional team,come to the corresponding conclusions,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for sustainable development.Satisfy the needs of the society and society for the swimming society sports instructors in Shanxi Province so as to promote the sustainable development of swimming in Shanxi Province.Research methods: This article mainly through the access to information,books,literature,interviews with sports experts in related departments,questionnaires for swimming society sports instructors in Shanxi Province,and surveys for swimming society sports instructors distributed in various cities,districts and counties in Shanxi Province.The actual status of the team of Shanxi Province swimming and social sports instructors was
