Campus football activities are in full swing,and a "campus football fever" has been set up across the country.The development of campus football has been highly valued by the state and has become a national strategy.The development of campus football is inseparable from the protection of the system and policies.The introduction of a series of policies and programs all put forward opinions on the development of campus football.In particular,the guarantee measures include the allocation of teachers,training,capital investment,and teacher treatment.The teaching of soccer is inseparable from the strong teaching staff.The PE teachers play a key role in school sports activities,and their quality determines the effectiveness of the football activities.Although the state provides protection measures for the PE teachers in the policies,but the implementation is not exhaustive.In this paper,we use the methods of documentation,field research and questionnaire survey to study the status quo of football teachers in the school with campus football characteristics in our province,and analyze their basic situation,current situation and existing problems,then give corresponding countermeasures to it.Through the investigation and study reached the following six conclusions:(1)The number of football teachers is shortage and gender ratio is imbalanced,teachers tend to be younger,academic qualifications are mostly undergraduates,the title structure is unreasonable,and the length of teaching is short;teachers' professional football skills are low,there are fewer teachers have football technical level,football coaches and referees who do not have a grade certificate account for the majority;teachers are basically in line with the PE teacher core literacy requirements,but also need to be in the cultural basic knowledge,professional knowledge,innovation ability and rational thinking and emotional expression offour aspects to improve.(2)Football teacher participation training program is mostly football teachers,teacher training frequency is small,training at provincial and national level is more,training content needs are diverse,training methods are mostly based on “practice + theory”,and participation training The main methods are to enter colleges and universities to study and short-term centralized training.The willingness of teachers to participate in training is higher.The purpose of the training is mainly self-improvement,and the teachers are satisfied with the training.(3)The football school teacher's management is not perfect,teacher evaluation is less,salary is low,teachers are satisfied with school attendance,evaluation system,some are generally satisfied with economic treatment,political treatment and workload;The government and schools pay more attention to campus football activities.The superior units regularly supervise the school's work.The schoolt will invest funds for the campus soccer activities.(4)The number of football teachers is seriously inadequate,the teams are uneven,and the professional level and the core qualities of some PE teachers are relatively low.It is proposed that schools and education departments should broaden the channels for the introduction of teachers,balance the gender ratio of football teachers,strengthen the exchange of teacher education,and increase the professional knowledge and innovation capabilities of teachers.(5)There are fewer opportunities for football teacher training,and the training results are not satisfactory.It is proposed that the training unit should establish a sound teacher training system and training system to meet the needs of teachers as far as possible;establish a complete system of training assessment system and management methods.(6)The football teachers have the problem of poor management and low social attention.It is proposed that managers must break through traditional management concepts,formulate reasonable incentives and incentives,increase the attention of school administrators and government departments,establish relevant supervision mechanisms,and continue to increase funding for football activities.
