At present,sports events in sports colleges and universities are in full swing.However,in recent 30 years,gymnastics projects have been carried out in sports academies to a lesser extent and no gymnastics competitions have been held.In order to speed up the development of gymnastics,boosting the "building of a strong country with sports" was sponsored by the Department of Science and Education of the State General Administration of Sports,the National Association of Sports Universities and the China Gymnastics Association,organized by the Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,and academies are investigated to investigate the current status of competitions in the first gymnastics college gymnastics championships.Analyze the problems and major influencing factors in the development of the competition and put forward relevant countermeasures.Through the investigation and study of the first National Gymnasiums and Gymnastics Championships,it is helpful for the development and research of gymnastics competitions in physical education institutions and even universities in the country.The results of the study are as follows:1.The first National Gymnasium Gymnastics Championships was a gymnastics competition that was held again in nearly 30 years.It opened up a new situation in gymnastics competitions in universities,enhanced the confidence of national sports institutes in developing gymnastic events,and mobilized gymnastics in sports academies.The development of the competition and the enthusiasm of the competition,and the holding of this event have a leading and demonstration role in stimulating the non-sports college gymnastics competition.2.The first National Gymnasium Gymnastics Championships not only provided physical education students with the opportunity to participate in national gymnastics competitions,but also facilitated the development of gymnastics in colleges and universities.99.4% of athletes and 99% of coaches considered it necessary to hold This event.In order to ensure the fairness of the competition,the competition restricted the athletes' eligibility for qualification.71.9% of the athletes had no basis for gymnastics training before entering the school.Gymnastics also faced some problems in the development of sports academies such as unreasonable training schedules and school leadership.Attention is paid to issues such as the low level of the degree,athletes' subsidies,and lack of funding.3.There are a total of 28 competitions in the first National Gymnasium Gymnastics Championships,divided into men's and men's A and B team competitions,individual all-around competitions and individual finals.Group A adopts two-level specified movements,and Group B adopts three-level specified movements.In addition,the 4-4-4 system is adopted in all team games.In the individual all-around competition,the men's team A adopts 6 items of 4 items.The sum of 4 items is the all-round result,and the men's 2nd the hurriedness of the time schedule,the Department of Science and Education of the State Sports General Administration will inform you that in future competitions,it is recommended that this event be jointly held with the Chinese University Sports Association of the Ministry of Education to return to a reasonable competition system.2.The cultivation of gymnastics talents in sports academies should start with teaching,training,and competition in many aspects,including increasing the number of teaching hours,actively adhering to the establishment of selective classes,organizing training,implementing training grants and funds,and actively participating in contests for students.Continue to learn in the competition and improve your competitive ability.In addition,the leadership of the school should pay more attention to the training and competition of gymnastics,increase the treatment of coaches and athletes,improve the facilities of stadiums and make up for the shortage of equipment.3.Coaches play a crucial role in gymnastics training.The gymnastics rules are updated quickly.It is recommended to encourage and organize coaches to participate in special training so as to continuously improve and train coaches' literacy and coaching skills..4.In future gymnastics teaching in sports colleges and universities,coaches should pay attention to the basic quality training of
