Analysis On The Current Situation Of Sports Competition In National Physical Education Institutes And Its Countermeasures

Abstract:The national sports colleges and universities sports competition is the product of Chinese higher physical education and sports management system reform, development. The national sports college sports development since the founding date, has obtained the certain achievement, has begun to take shape. However, management extensive, levels remain stagnant, funding and other issues, directly influence and restrict the national sports colleges and universities sports health and sustainable development, the fundamental reason is that the problems of management system. In this paper, using the method of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis and other research methods, the use of relevant theories, in depth analysis of national sports colleges competition cooperation nature, basic national sports colleges and universities sports properties, orientation, connotation, analyzed present situation, effect factors on the national sports college sports management system, through comparative study at home and abroad, put forward the overall train of thought, the target mode of reform and development of national sports college sports management system and the main countermeasure for development in the new situation. We draw the following conclusions:1.The national sports college sports has experienced three stages:the first stage (1955-1978) initial stage; the second stage (1979-2001) establishment stage; the third stage (since2002) stage of development.2.The national sports college sports function is not only serve the competitive sports and services in the personnel training; its nature is to race as a platform, is the essence of activity teaching talent.3.The national sports colleges and universities competition cooperation will be the fourteen sports colleges and the independent system of voluntary organized nationwide, professional, to achieve the common aspirations of member schools, according to the association of sports association articles of association activities non-profit, accept the macro management of the State Sports General Administration and business guide. Association management has not fully to the administrative management.4.The backwardness of management; competition project cycle is too long; the individual project competition rules set is not strict; athletes qualification lax; the event influence is low, the funding gap is big; the institutions undertaking the game enthusiasm not higher factor restricting and restricted the healthy development of the national sports colleges and universities sports competition.5.In the new situation, constructing collaborative national physical education institutes will race development goals; perfect competition management system; establish reasonable competition mechanism; give full play to the professional advantages in resources national sports colleges competition; establish competition network management platform. The national sports colleges and universities sports competition towards a better direction.
