Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Present Agricultural College Students' Ideal And Belief Education

Cultivating talents,innovating science and technology and serving society are the basic functions of higher education.In recent years,agricultural and forestry colleges and universities have responded positively to the educational policy of the country,and combined with their own agricultural characteristics,they have made great achievements in cultivating agricultural science and technology talents,innovating in agricultural science and technology,and serving the "three rural areas".However,while agricultural and forestry colleges impart professional technology and knowledge to agricultural students,they neglect the importance of the all-round development of agricultural college students,which makes it difficult to highlight the characteristics of agricultural science in the process of carrying out ideal and belief education for agricultural college students.Agricultural college students' professional ideal of serving agriculture,rural areas and farmers and the social ideal of building agricultural modernization are not really true.Therefore,strengthening the education of ideals and beliefs of agricultural college students has become a major issue of talent cultivation in agriculture and forestry universities.Through literature investigation,descriptive research and questionnaire survey,this paper summarizes the effects of ideal and belief education from four aspects: ideological and political theory,campus cultural activities,social practice and party building.At the same time,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the ideal education of agricultural college students from the aspects of education contents,ways,workers and environment,and makes a systematic analysis of the causes of the problems from the social factors,school factors,personal factors and family factors.Finally,the paper puts forward four aspects: enriching the educational content,innovating the educational model,perfecting the team construction and optimizing the educational environment.The way of ideal and belief Education for Agricultural College students.In a word,through the implementation of the above research and analysis results and optimization countermeasures,the pertinence and effectiveness of agricultural college students' ideal and belief education have been strengthened,so as to better promote the all-round development of agricultural college students.
