A Research Of Defense And Offense Strategies Of ShanXi Flame Team During 2017-2018 Post Season Game

After more than a hundred years of continuous development of basketball,gradually from the former single sports technology to a more comprehensive development of sports technology,basketball players now master more practical and diversified sports technology,the cooperation between the players towards a more comprehensive direction of development,the overall attack and defense tactics system has gradually formed a fast,changeable,practical and mainly technical and tactical features.The study was carried out through the 2017-2018 WCBA Women's Playoffs,Based on 9 matches of three rivals in Heilongjiang,Guangdong and Beijing,the author analyzed the technical indexes of Shanxi Zhuyeqing women's basketball and their opponents in shooting ability,attacking ability,defense ability and ability to play rebounding,and then found out the shortcomings of Shanxi Zhuyeqing women's basketball.The conclusion is as follows:(1)There is no significant difference in the number of two points,three points and number of shots between Shanxi and their opponents in the playoffs,except in the number of free throws and free throws against Beijing.(2)Shanxi Zhuyeqing women's basketball team in assists the performance to rise and fall,the error above the gap is not obvious,but against the Beijing team,Zhuyeqing women's basketball team in assists and mistakes are behind the opponent.(3)Zhuyeqing women's basketball team in the Beijing strong team,in the fast break score and the number of times less than the opponent,can be seen Zhuyeqing women's basketball team in the face of the strong team in the lack of passing skills and lack of quick attack awareness.(4)Better than Guangdong in covering,breaking and fouling,but against Beijing,the Zhuyeqing women's basketball team failed to control the timing of the hiatus and did not have proper defensive control at critical moments,leading to more fouls.(5)Shanxi Zhuyeqing women's basketball team is lower than Beijing's in both front and rear rebounds,making Beijing team get a better chance of a second attack than Zhuyeqing women's basketball team.Put forward the corresponding suggestion:(1)Shanxi Zhuyeqing women's basketball in the future in the shooting training,should increase in the high match to carry on the shooting training,only in this way can better play the high quality shooting level when the defense team.(2)To strengthen the whole sense of cooperation among the players in basic training,to practice tactics repeatedly and apply them to the competition;Actively promote the athletes in the competition to strengthen the basic cooperation,diversity of cooperation to improve the number of assists between the players;(3)In terms of defense,Shanxi Zhuyeqing women's basketball team should completely abandon the traditional ideas of the past,actively improve their own physical qualities,and strengthen proactive offensive defense.(4)To emphasize the skills of rebounding,we should also improve the physical qualities of the sport,raise the awareness of the outside players about the rebounding and the position,and emphasize the strength of the team's training in rebounding.(5)Strengthen the training of female basketball players 'psychological qualities,and promote the normal performance of athletes' skills and tactics at critical moments without psychological reasons.
