The Ministry of Education clearly positioned the higher vocational education for the first time in the document "Gao [2006]16" "Higher vocational education,as a type of higher education development,has an irreplaceable role".With the development of Chinese society,especially the impact on the economic transformation after the 19 th National Congress,the demand for skilled personnel in the society has continued to expand.Therefore,higher vocational education has ushered in the opportunity for rapid development.The enrollment scale of higher vocational colleges has expanded,the specialty has continued to deepen,and the cooperation between schools and enterprises has strengthened,making the social recognition of higher vocational colleges enhanced.Basketball is already one of the most popular sports in China,and it is deeply loved by students in universities.It is one of the favorite sports events of students in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,higher vocational basketball events have a high degree of attention.With the rapid development of higher vocational education in recent years,student events in higher vocational colleges have also received various attention,especially basketball leagues.In the Shandong Provincial University Games,CUBA,Shandong Provincial Sports Lottery Cup College Basketball League and other competitions,higher vocational colleges participated as a separate group,showing that Shandong Province attaches importance to the development of basketball in higher vocational colleges.At the same time,it also shows the special role of higher vocational colleges in universities.At present,there are 76 public higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province,which occupy half of the universities in Shandong Province.However,most of the higher vocational colleges do not pay high attention to the level of participation and have low enthusiasm.Through statistics on the participation of the Shandong Provincial Sports Lottery Cup University Basketball League from 2013 to 2016,there are few participating teams,the overall strength of the team is poor,and the overall level of the league is different from that of undergraduate colleges.Great difference.This kind of current situation has a great negative impact on the attention of higher vocational colleges and students to sports,affecting the development of campus basketball in higher vocational colleges;At the same time,it also greatly influenced the overall development of Shandong University Basketball League.Therefore,based on the research on the development model of sports teams in higher vocational colleges in Shandong province,this paper investigates the current development of basketball teams in higher vocational colleges in Shandong province by means of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,and expert interview.Explore the contradictions in the current development model,analyze the factors that affect development,and put forward suggestions for rationalization and reform,and explore a development model that conforms to the establishment of basketball teams in higher vocational colleges,and be further demonstrated and promoted.In order to provide theoretical reference for the rational development of basketball teams in higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province.
