Higher Vocational basketball teams,technical and tactical level,level of athletes,coaches level is relatively low.In the study of this topic,the author has consulted a large number of documents,and found that the current literature on the basketball team of Higher Vocational Colleges and vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges in basketball teaching and training is relatively weak foundation,in a short period of time to improve the level of higher vocational college basketball teaching level and the level of difficulty.College basketball occupation training level is relatively low,and affected by the traditional education colleges have many occupation training,lack of funds,it is difficult to ensure the training time of coaches is weak and other factors,these factors are serious constraints on the overall level of basketball team of higher occupation colleges to improve.Based on the research of the current situation of the basketball team in Higher Vocational Colleges in Shandong Province,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The current higher vocational colleges for the campus basketball basketball exhibition and basketball team's daily training and competition of the degree of attention needs to be further improved,the specific performance into basketball and basketball team training and competition of the lack of funds.In the survey also found that the overall quality of higher vocational college basketball team is not high,the training time is difficult to guarantee.The enthusiasm of the coaches participating in the survey is not high.(2)The overall level of Higher Vocational Colleges of Shandong Province basketball team is not high because of Higher Vocational Colleges and the high level basketball athletes enrollment reflected,there are few high level basketball players in higher vocational colleges,almost all of the high level basketballathletes to the sports college or higher universities,which shows high the level of athletes in Higher Vocational Colleges admissions policies need to be further optimized.(3)The current higher vocational colleges basketball team often tactics,physical fitness training and participate in the basketball game time with the student studies still exist some conflicts.Also found in the course of the investigation,to participate in training the team a week to participate in the basketball training time,intensity and students there is a certain correlation,in the process of training and training intensity increases if the time involved in the training team,and master the professional knowledge of the difficulty of the increases.(4)Development experts and coaches of Shandong vocational colleges basketball team construction and events are the same point of view,higher vocational colleges should actively learn from the league or take the initiative to strengthen with the CUBA League,CUBA league basketball team led by the development of Higher Vocational colleges.In addition,currently in the province of Shandong Vocational College Basketball League promotion time is not ripe,can be in a separate city,try to establish a basketball league in Higher Vocational Colleges and the establishment of relevant security and support policies,encourage colleges to participate in the competition.In this paper,the author puts forward the following suggestions for the current situation,the internal problems and the external problems of the development of the basketball team in Shandong higher vocational college:(1)The development of basketball team of higher vocational colleges should be based on the current CUBA College Basketball League and the body,the positioning should be encouraged in the Vocational College of Shandong province the development of campus basketball and basketball culture on campus,improve the overall level of college basketball by the development of basketball culture platform in campus.Pilot areas should establish a reasonable system of higher vocational colleges,the establishment of competition mechanism should encourage the higher vocational colleges to actively participate in the competitions,the establishment of a relatively low entry threshold,so that more of the basketball team to participate in the game,experience the fun of the game,the basketball team in higher vocational colleges to improve the overall
