Research purpose:1,Study the laws and characteristics of the influence of winter training on the physiological function of tennis players;2,Continue to explore the most suitable for tennis player function monitoring system and accurate evaluation of tennis player indicators and methods of the training effect and exercise fatigue,timely feedback to the coach after the indicators monitoring,scientific and reasonable adjustment for the coaches and athletes,training load arrangement provides the theory basis for the most appropriate training plan.The subjects of the study were 16 young men athletes of the national tennis training team of China.Research methods:Using the test method and the questionnaire method to collect relevant data,the test personnel were trained personnel with rigorous professional training.During the winter training,all the athletes were collected three times.Selected indicators have hemoglobin,testosterone,red blood cells,Creatine kinase,blood urea nitrogen,red blood cells deposited,cortisol,lactic acid,white blood cells,urine 10 and such as vo2max,The mathematical statistics method is used to analyze and process the data,and then the feedback is provided to the coaches in time to provide theoretical basis for the formulation and modification of the athletes'next training plan.Research resultThree months after the winter training,higher oxygen transport capacity index of the athletes,hemoglobin increased to 158.21 g/L,the red blood cells increased to 5.18×1012/L,red blood cell pressure increases to 45.96%,vo2max increased to 60.64mL/kg/min,testosterone increases to 583.42 ng/dL and have significant difference?P<0.05?;The serum creatine kinase decreased to 255.87U/L,the blood lactate index decreased to 1.39mmol/L,and the blood urea nitrogen index decreased to 5.54mmol/L,with significant difference?P<0.05?.There was no significant difference in the amount of cortisol 17.15 in g/dl and 5.75×109/L in leucocyte.In the monitoring of urine 10,it was found that most athletes had insufficient water supply,and some athletes had inflammation in certain parts of the body.After each indicator monitoring,I communicated with the coach timely and adjusted the athletes'training plan for the next stage with a purpose.The results were significant.The analysis of questionnaire results shows that the athletes'self-assessment has good feedback and self-regulation ability is very strong.The injuries were concentrated on the shoulder?23%?back?21%?,knee?20%?knee?15%?and wrist?12%?.Research conclusion:1?Three months of winter training can effectively improve the athletes'aerobic capacity and oxygen transfer capability,detection in the process of hemoglobin,red blood cells and red blood cells deposited,vo2 Max aerobic capacity indexes such as a significant upward trend can be fully proved;2?Three months of winter training can effectively improve the athletes'body adaptability and irritable,and can be fully restored after nutrition and physical therapy,the creatine kinase,testosterone,blood urea and blood lactic acid index had a significant change;3?Three months during the winter training can make the athletes functional status and the overall situation of the immune system to maintain in good condition,urine 10and leucocyte index has been relatively stable,but there are many athletes filling water shortage phenomenon;4?By monitoring the relevant index,find the corresponding problems,targeted to communicate with coaches and timely adjust the training program,to find suitable training intensity,so as to effectively guarantee the athlete in winter training cycle training goal of fully completed.
