Research purpose: As an important training method to effectively develop lower limb explosive force and improve muscle response speed,super isometric training is widely used in various sports fields.This study attempts to conduct 8-week super-isometric training and resistance training for students in the tennis elective class of Shanghai Sport University,and analyzes the two training methods for the learning speed,agility and agility of the tennis elective class through tennis-related physical fitness indicators.The effect of the explosive power of the lower limbs provides a certain reference basis for the strength training of the students in the tennis elective class.Research methods: The main research methods of this article are literature method,experiment method,measurement method,mathematical statistics method.Twenty-two students from the tennis elective class of Shanghai Sport University were selected as experimental subjects for the study,and they were randomly divided into super-isometric training experiment group I(n=11)and resistance training experiment group II(n=11).Participants collect test indicators.The strength quality indicators are vertical jump and standing long jump;the speed quality test indicators are 5m,10 m,and 20 m sprint running;the agility quality test indicators are hexagonal jump,spider running,and left.,Right turn back sprint run and sprint run before turning left and right.All test indicators are statistically processed and analyzed by Excel 2019 and SPSS23.0.The independent sample T test is used for the data statistics between the groups before and after the experiment,and the paired sample T test is used for the data statistics within the groups before and after the experiment.The significance level is set to 0.05,if the result P<0.05,it means the difference is significant,when the result P>0.05,it means there is no significant difference.After eight weeks of intervention training,the explosive power and speed sensitivity of his lower limbs were tested,and the test results were statistically analyzed.Research results:(1)Experiment group I and group II had no significant difference in the explosive power,speed quality,and sensitivity of the lower limbs before the experiment(P>0.05);(2)The explosive power of the lower limbs:experiment group I and experiment group II After the experiment of vertical jump and standing long jump in the group,there was an improvement and a significant difference(P<0.05).In the comparison between the post-test groups,there were significant differences in vertical jump indexes,and no significant differences in standing long jump indexes;(3)Speedquality: The 5m and 10 m sprints in the experimental group Ⅰ and the experimental group Ⅱ were better than those before the experiment.There was a significant difference(P<0.05).After the 20 sprint test,there was an increase compared with before the experiment,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).In the comparison between the post-test groups,the5-meter and 10-meter sprints have significant differences,while the 20-meter sprints have no significant differences;(4)Sensitivity: experimental group I and experimental group II left and right turn back sprint,left After the experiment,sprint running,hexagonal jump,and spider running before turning right were improved and different(P<0.05).In the comparison between the post-test groups,there is a significant difference between the left and right turn front sprint run and the left and right turn back sprint run,but there is no significant difference between the hexagonal jump and the spider run.Research conclusions:(1)After 8 weeks of experimental intervention,super isometric training can effectively improve the explosive power,speed quality and agility quality of the lower limbs of the students in the tennis elective class.(2)After 8weeks of experimental intervention,resistance training can effectively improve the explosive power,speed quality,and sensitivity of the lower limbs of the students in the tennis elective class(3)After 8 weeks of experimental intervention,the test results of various indicators of the super isometric training intervention are better than those of the resistance training intervention.From the perspective of the growth rate,the effect of super isometric training is better and obvious,which shows that compared with the resistance group strength training,Super isometric training can better improve the explosive power,speed quality and agility quality of the lower limbs of the students in the tennis elective class.
