In 2002,China began to try "student physical health standard",2007 officially renamed "national student physical health standard".The Ministry of education revised the National Student Physical Fitness Standard in 2014 on the basis of summarizing the experience of the national student physical health standard for five years,and issued it in 7 month of 2014.Notice on the national standard for student physical health(2014 Revision).What has been the effect of the implementation of the standard for three years? With this problem,the author investigates the reality of the new standard in 20 urban and rural middle schools in Xiangxi,and finds out the factors that affect the implementation of the standard in this area,and provides a reference for the effective implementation of the National Students' Constitution and health standard in the Middle School of Xiangxi(Revised in 2014).Based on the survey of 20 urban and rural middle schools in 1 cities in 7 counties of Xiangxi,this paper investigates the status and effect of the implementation of the national standard of national students' physical health(2014 Revision)by the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics.The results show that the results are as follows:(1)the Xiangxi middle school has done a lot of work in the implementation of the standard(2014 Revised).The students' physique test and the data reporting work have been gradually standardized.The implementation of the "standard(2014 Revision)" has become an effective means to evaluate the physical education of the school and the health level of the students.(2)the implementation of the standard(2014 Revision)of urban and rural middle school in Xiangxi is effective to guide and stimulate the interest of students to participate in physical exercise,but some schools need to strengthen the specific incentives and guidance measures.(3)in the three years of the implementation of the standard(2014 Revision)of urban and rural middle schools in Xiangxi,the students' health and health pass rate has been improved year by year,the rate of good and the excellent rate has declined,and the overall level of students' physical health is not changed obviously.(4)some students in Xiangxi urban and rural middle schools did not have special training before the physical fitness test.Some schools lack effective propaganda on the implementation of the standard(2014 Revised),students lack knowledge of physical health testing,lack of understanding and mastery of health knowledge,and some students are not properly treated.Good health test.(5)the organization and management work is not perfect enough;some schools have not formulated specific work methods or plans for the implementation of the standard(2014 Revision);the shortage of funds,the field and instruments and equipment are difficult to meet the needs of the physical testing work;a considerable number of schools lack incentive machines for the implementation of the standard(2014 Revised).It is difficult to mobilize the enthusiasm of the testers and students;some schools have failed to incorporate the results of the standard(2014 revisions)into the range of evaluation and evaluation,and the supervision and feedback system is not perfect.
