The Study On The Improvement Of Timeliness On Socialist Core Value For University Student In The Era Of New Media

Education on socialist core value for university students is really significant for the growth of this group.As the new media era comes,deep changes have taken place in how information is spread and inpeople’s life style,which have brought new challenges for shaping the values of university students.To keep on the pace of our time and help these students set right value,it is necessary to explore how to enhance the effectiveness of education on socialist core value for university students,so as to allow the university students get the essence ofand finally practice the core values of socialism.Firstly,this thesis briefly introduces corresponding concept on new-media time and socialist core value,describes the concept and character of new media and classifies new media,as well as summarizes the implication and character of new media time.It refers to the concept of core value,then socialist core value,and the significance of education on socialist core value for university students.Then this thesis analyzes the significant role played by new media for such education.Secondly,it diversely analyzes both opportunities and challenges brought by new media to education on socialist core value.The opportunities can be seen in innovation on educational means,improvement of education force,and better pertinence and timeliness,andenhancement of learning initiative.In addition,the challenges are shown in declined dominant right of education,decreased clout of education,barriers in communication.More importantly,this article explores the roots of problems from the aspect of government oversight,self-disciplinemedia institution,media literacy of students,and institution of higher learning,etc.In the end,this article puts forwards strategies to enhance effectiveness of education on socialist core value for university students though governments’ enhanced administration capacity and leadership,media’s improved self-restraint and responsibility for spreading information,teachers ’ initiative transformation in institutions of higher learning,students’ better rein in new media,students’ positive attitudes towards learning and their optimized media literacy.
