The education of girls is a hot topic in the world of educational balls all over the world.In March 1990,UNESCO and other international organizations in Thailand,the four Jomtien jointly held a conference on education for all,the meeting clearly pointed out that education for all "the most urgent task is to ensure that girls and women admission opportunities,improve the quality of education,and eliminate all obstacles to their active participation".In India,up to more than 25% of the population below the poverty line,serious social problems which lead to the caste system huge gap between rich and poor,the low status of women,but criticized and lackluster,has become one of the important factors which restrict the further development of economy and society in India.Therefore,population development of India as a typical huge gap between rich and poor,serious gender discrimination,for the national education plan and education equity policy and the promotion of the implementation,to a certain extent,on behalf of the world public level,so the starting point of the research is to put forward the world since 1990 since the India national education plan,how to eliminate gender discrimination in basic education in? This leads to four points: 1.what kind of educational discrimination do India girls face? 2.what policies have India adopted to improve gender differences in education? 3 what is the effect of the girls' education policy in India? 4.what factors affect the effectiveness of the India girls' education policy?The literature method,historical research method and comparative research method used in the thesis systematically,through the course of development of contemporary India girls' education policy specific content system,etc.,the implementation of the target path,the security conditions of the policy analysis,summarized the effects of policy implementation,summed up the factors of India girls' education policy and its influence.The research finds that: at present,the education of girls in India faces three difficulties: the traditional cultural concept,the backward economic development and the lack of legal guarantee.India girls' education policy has experienced the "free and universal stage" "universal promotion stage" and "focus on support stage",and from the aspects of human and organizational security,financial security,social security education institutions,education resources guarantee to strengthen and improve the security conditions of girls' education popularization gender sensitivity.In terms of immediate results,the enrollment rate of girls' primary education increased,the number of girls educated increased,the number of girls dropped out,and the literacy rate of India women increased.In terms of indirect effects,we have improved and optimized the gender ratio of teachers,awakened women's subjective consciousness,and promoted the development and modernization of India's society.But because of the development of India girls' education policy and the influence of the caste system and religious system,gender culture,modern information technology and other factors in the implementation process,making its development there are still insufficient,the security conditions of girls' education popularization achievement of girls' education policy of low,girls' Education policy implementation of the main problems such as the lack of effective coordination.
