In recent years,we have witnessed the remarkable progress and development of vocational institutions' scale,the recruitment of students,educational level and mode.But,due to the particularity of secondary vocational education,such as students' enrollment,students' different levels,coupled with the lack of ideal and morality,low sense of self,significance and the feeling of belonging,personality distortion etc.factors,makes a lot of problems appeared in the formation of healthy personality of secondary vocational students,so strengthening the cultivation of student's healthy personality of secondary vocational education is imperative.How to cultivate students' healthy personality,as a fundamental problem of education,is urgently needed to be solved.Chinese is a basic humanistic subject,which contains rich humanistic spirit and has a unique advantage in students' personality education.Based on secondary vocational Chinese teaching,to talk about personality education in reference on the basis of predecessors' research results,to investigate the personality status of the students in secondary vocational school,and to analyze the education material in the Chinese textbooks,from the current status of secondary vocational students' personality and personality education problems,this paper combines theoretical thinking and classroom teaching cases,and try to find the way to practice personality education in the reading class,the thesis class,and comprehensive activity class,forming a set of practical basic strategy for personality education in Chinese language teaching in secondary vocational education in the end.
