In the great journey of the new era,General Secretary Xi Jinping repeatedly stressed that carrying forward the fine traditional Chinese culture is of great significance to the cultivation of the core values of socialism and the promotion of the realization of the Chinese dream.Traditional Chinese martial arts,as an important part of the traditional Chinese culture,has an extremely important role in promoting the cultural self-confidence,national pride,building a harmonious society and realizing the Chinese dream of a great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.As a dissemination platform for martial arts culture,it is an important subject for the current martial arts teaching research that whether or not the teaching content arrangement of the martial arts special class can be embodied and achieved the purpose of inheriting the traditional martial arts.Based on this,this article studies the selection of the teaching content of the Wushu Routine Specialized Courses for undergraduates of national traditional sports in our country from the perspective of the inheritance of traditional martial arts.The study focused on the specific teaching content of the traditional Wushu routines of the national sports majors of the six sports academies of Beijing Sports University,Shanghai Institute of Physical Education,Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education,Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,Chengdu Institute of Physical Education,and Xi'an Institute of Physical Education;using literature materials and questionnaires.The survey method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,and comparative analysis method are the main research methods;the students of 180 sports majors of six national sports majors specialize in senior Wushu routines as the questionnaires and the talents of six sports institutes The training program and the syllabus for Wushu routines are analysis materials.From the perspective of traditional cultural inheritance,the current problems in the selection and implementation of the teaching content of Wushu routines of national traditional sports majors in China's sports academies are thoroughly studied.The findings are as follows:In the development history of the national traditional sports specialty,the school martial arts education has been running through it and has led the development direction of the specialty.The sports academies,as the leader of the school martial arts,have cultivated a large number of outstanding teachers for the profession and promoted martial arts and more.The integration and development of disciplines has made great contributions to the inheritance of traditional culture.At present,in the selection of teaching content of technical courses,the Wushu routine course in China's sports colleges is involved in the traditional routines and competition routines,but it is still based on competition routines.The main and traditional routines are supplemented,and the inheritance and development of martial arts are limited.In the arrangement of theoretical courses,the main content is the study of theoretical knowledge related to competition,training,and teaching.There is less arrangement for traditional boxing cultures.In the overall arrangement of teaching content,there are heavy technical and light theoretical phenomena;for traditional martial arts,less time is allocated,students cannot achieve better learning results;The type is relatively single,lack of self-educational teaching materials,resulting in the existence of teaching materials and It is not uniform.
