| Guangzhou Tianhe District primary school basketball league is a traditional sports event for primary school students in Tianhe District.It is held in the area,and it has been held for more than ten years.Over the years,the league has a large number of teams and large scale,which is one of the biggest sports events in the Tianhe District primary school sports events in Guangzhou.Taking the 2017 Guangzhou Tianhe District primary school basketball league as an example,there were 30 men's teams and 21 women's teams in the total of more than 730 participants in the 108 games.But its scale is unsymmetrical with its influence,experts generally believe that the traditional Guangzhou Tianhe District primary school basketball league is "large scale,poor quality and lack of bright spots".And the first juvenile NBA Basketball League in Tianhe District,Guangzhou,in 2016,its scale and influence far exceeds the traditional Tianhe District primary school basketball game.The same as the primary school basketball game in Tianhe District,there are some similarities in the way of carrying out the events and the promotion and promotion of the events.Although there are different goals and ideas in the game,the starting point is to cultivate students' interest in sports and promote campus basketball,why does the impact and effect are not the same?In this study,the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,logical analysis,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics are used in this study,a comprehensive comparison and analysis is made between the juvenile NBA competition mode and the present situation of Guangzhou Tianhe District primary school basketball league,the competition system,the influence and the propaganda and promotion mode,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The juvenile NBA competition is gradually popularized in the developed cities of eastern China and the western developed cities,the scale of the competition is expanding and the influence is increasing.(2)The juvenile NBA competition model covers competition system,competition organization and management,various forms of competition,resources,cooperation with the media,and the publicity and report of the later stage of the competition.(3)The situation of Guangzhou primary school basketball league is uneven,only 6 districts hold primary school basketball matches in the District,among them,the Tianhe District primary school basketball league has the broadest coverage and the highest standard.(4)Guangzhou Tianhe District primary school basketball league is closely related to the importance and support of school leaders at all levels.(5)The influence of juvenile NBA competition on Guangzhou Tianhe District primary school basketball league is manifested in 4 aspects,such as the influence on the construction of the campus sports culture,the influence on the athletes,the influence on the promotion and promotion of the primary school basketball league,and the influence on the development of the Chinese basketball.In view of the problems existing in the primary school basketball league of Tianhe District in Guangzhou,learning from the juvenile NBA competition model,the development countermeasures of Guangzhou Tianhe District primary school basketball league are put forward in the aspects of the design of the competition system,the promotion and the reward mechanism and so on,namely:(1)Drawing on the mature competition model of juvenile NBA,optimize the juvenile "CBA" Basketball League(2)Optimize the campus 4 basketball league(3)Increase the investment of the funds of the league,and optimize the allocation of funds(4)Optimize the venues and facilities of the League(5)Optimize the competition system of the League(6)Strengthen cooperation with the media,improving the publicity and influence of the league(7)Optimize the incentive mechanism of the league,improving the enthusiasm of the team... |
