Science,technology,innovation and education are the internal driving forces of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The nineteen major report of the party points out that "innovation is the first driving force to lead the development and the strategic support for the construction of a modern economic system." The key lies in the education,followed by the accumulation of science and technology,and how the innovation ability of a country and the level of innovation.Pupils are the most innovative subjects.At this age,pupils are not exposed to many social phenomena.He is curious about the world around him,and at this stage,the way of thinking is the most active.Therefore,it is the most constructive and constructive to carry out scientific education in primary schools.How to combine scientific philosophy with science and technology is the key to the better development at present.In order to realize this combination,we should pay more attention to the educational turn of Science in addition to the humanized turn of science,the cultural turn of science and the historical turn of science.The philosophy of science and the education of science are complementary relations,and both have the common value orientation.Curriculum is the foundation of school education,and curriculum reform has always been the core of educational reform.Primary school science curriculum is born in the new round of curriculum reform in China.Philosophy of science is the most important theoretical basis of science education reform,and it has many influences on the reform of science curriculum.The cultural turn of the philosophy of science emphasizes that the essence of science is "a kind of human construction".Therefore,the best way to acquire scientific knowledge is to "explore".The philosophy of science is no longer a single,abstract system or theory,it has the transformation of the value level,and emphasizes the combination of science and humanity.It is the influence of these philosophy of science,the 2001 edition of primary school science curriculum standards to cultivate the scientific literacy of primary school students as the fundamental purpose of science education.Teachers' teaching is required to be dialogue,not inculcate,and it is an experiment subject based on inquiry.The method of evaluation is multidimensional and multidimensional,and it is no longer a simple assessment of knowledge memory.In the 2017 edition,the science curriculum is further defined as the basic course,thepractical curriculum and the integrated curriculum.However,in the more than 10 years of the reform of primary science curriculum in our country,many schools have struggled in the implementation of the primary science curriculum.The research on the implementation of primary science curriculum is the key to further promoting the reform of primary school science curriculum.The research of this paper is based on the A primary school in Kunming to explore the current implementation of the A primary school science curriculum.According to the focus and aims of this study are concerned,the researchers use the survey analysis method,interview method,observation method and so on many kinds of concrete,to restore the true state of the implementation of A primary school science curriculum,investigate the factors influencing effect of A primary school science curriculum implementation,the implementation of A to reveal the characteristics of primary school science curriculum new under the curriculum,to provide the basis for further promote the implementation of primary school science curriculum.
