Objective: This study aimed to investigate the influence between the shoe type and the speed on the lower extremity kinematics for young female with different shoes(plate shoes,sports shoes and MBT shoes)at three speeds(slow,normal and fast walking).So we can provide the theoretical basis for the prevention of injury to fitness exercise.Methods: Twelve healthy female participated in this study(age: 24.00±1.20 years old,weight: 59.30± 4.70 kg,height: 165.57±3.60cm).During the experiment,subjects were asked to be the test channel naturally wearing three pairs of experimental shoes at three speeds,with ensuring that the right foot would be on the force platform.At the same time,an 8-camera Vicon motion analysis system(Oxford Metrics Ltd.,Oxford,UK)was used to collect three-dimensional kinematic data at a frequency of 200 Hz.Finally,the experimental data were analyzed by SPSS19.0,with significance level at 0.05.Results: The study found that there were obvious interactions between the shoes and speeds on the joint angle of lower Limb for young female.Among them,the shoes are the most obvious,especially MBT shoes.When walking at different speeds,with the increase of walking speed,the ROM of hip were increasing in the sagittal plane and the coronal plane,and the change in the horizontal plane was not significant.When wearing the plate shoes,the change of knee with the increase of speed was not obvious,and when wearing sports shoes and MBT shoes,the angle increased in the knee flexion,adduction and internal rotation;the ankle was reflected that angle increased in the dorsiflexion.When walking at the same speed,the hip angle of extension and abduction became smaller,external rotation angle became larger by wearing MBT shoes compared with plate shoes and sports shoes;the movement of knee flexion,adduction was more obvious;and the ankle of dorsiflexion,inversion and internal rotation was also significantly increased.Conclusion: By investigating the influence of speeds and shoes on the joint angles of the lower limbs for young female,it is confirmed that there is a significant interaction between the shoes and the speeds and showing the complex and variable joint peak angles and joint activities.With the increase of walking speed,the angles of ankles and knees changed most obviously when walking with three pairs of shoes,especially the internal and external rotation activities with the unstable shoes.At the same speed walking,comparing with the sports shoes and plate shoes,there is a significant difference for unstable shoes on the angle changes of lower limbs joints;during walking with unstable shoes,the arc structure makes the joint activity of hip,knee and ankle increased significantly,and more likely to produce the joint damage.
