Objective:Change the structure of sole can adjust the plantar pressure and lower libs joint motion, which is widely used in motion control. New shoes should meet the need to increase muscle activity and joint flexibility, strength and EMG to enhance the body’s balance control ability and the body’s energy consumption. The research changes of lower extremity joint angle and the plantar pressure, on young women wear soft, hard unstable shoes during walking analysis of different hardness parameter instability affect the structure of the human body kinematics, in order to provide the theoretical reference for the design and development for shoes.Methods:This study selected 20 healthy female college students as the subjects of kinematics and dynamics tests.(1) Kinematics experiment using VICON 3D motion capture system, experiments were conducted to study wear soft, hard unstable shoes on 20 subjects during walking. Each subjects walk through the test channel with length of 10 meters, width of 3 meters.each pair of shoes test 3 times, the 3D motion capture system will automatically record the data. Measurements included 3D hip, knee, ankle, knee and hip range of activities.(2) Research test instrument use Novel Pedar-X, insole was loaded in soft, hard unstable shoes, subjects requires walking the test channel with a length of 10 meters, width of 3 meters in the most comfortable pace, the system automatically record the subjects walking plantar pressure data. Measurements included contact area, peak pressure, maximum force value and impulse.Results:(1) kinematics data show that the peak hip angle in the horizontal plane are different;knee peak angle in coronal existence difference; there is no difference in ankle peak perspective.(2) dynamics results show that wear soft shoes with average pressure, contact area and impulse in the toe, metatarsus laterally, the tendency of increase with the heel lateral appeared, and in the central metatarsal, metatarsus inboard, heel inside a declining trend.Conclusions: By changing the structure of the sole hardness, can rise to adjust the human body the role of the joint Angle when walking, can redistribute plantar pressure load.
