Modern senior high school chemistry classroom pursues highly effective and enjoyable teaching model.However,a practical problem we must concern is that most of the classes still employ traditional teaching method.People are still used to conveying teaching materials to students in lectures.Most students are still accustomed to mechanically obeying the teacher's instructions for chemistry learning.They only want to listen carefully,take notes and finish homework as the learning goals.Such a teaching method focuses on the improvement of students' problem-solving ability,but there are many defects in many aspects such as students' learning thinking quality,thinking ability and thinking level.So it is unnecessary to enhance students' self-learning consciousness and improve students' independent research ability,let alone to improve students' ability to innovate.As a result,it is difficult for students to put what they have learnt into practice.In this way,the effect of learning is poor,as well as students' ability.Based on this,the author thinks that the current classroom teaching should pay more attention to how to awaken student's independent consciousness.As it is known to all,the aim of student-based teaching is to change the teachers' teaching focus and arouse their motivation to explore students' ability to learn.In addition,student-based teaching focuses on new teaching model and methods,thus arousing students' learning interest,enriching their learning experience and improving the effectiveness of teaching.What's more,it will help students establish systematic and logic chemical thinking,laying a good foundation for the future.The author employs the questionnaire and the method of comparison to explore new mode of student-based chemistry teaching,and try her best to expand cooperative study and group discussion,hoping that both teachers and students will make progress.In consequence,the students' ability to learn chemistry and to use the knowledge will improve.
