Since the implementation of decentralization discharge pipe combined with the optimization of service reform,continue to streamline the administrative licensing matters,permission to undertake continuously delegated counties as administrative licensing organizations at the grassroots level,plays an important role in the reform of the administrative license,the County Department of administrative licensing reform is in place,the government is an important embodiment of deepening the reform of the administrative system is in place.Downsizing and decentralization are in the amount of effort,and in order to obtain further recognition of the masses,we must work hard on quality..The standardization construction of administrative license is a fine management measure to further solve the problems of procrastination,inefficiency and other problems existing in administrative licensing.Standardization is the activity of making common and repeated rules for actual or potential problems in order to obtain the best order within a certain range.The repeatability,consistency and standardization of administrative licensing provide the basis for the standardization of administrative licensing.County government departments in the standardization of many problems encountered,for example,the county government and municipal business guidance departments standardized construction standards are not uniform.The concrete problems are as follows: licensing matters,submission of materials,approval time limit,network trial platform construction and administrative service center construction are not unified and other system problems.The county departments in the implementation of standardized construction can effectively promote,is analyzed in this paper,based on the J District Health Department encountered in the implementation of standardization in the construction of the problems,and from the matters relating to the establishment of the administrative service center,service process,and set up the management and supervision of several aspects of the evaluation of county health planning standard the construction of reasonable suggestions,provide an effective way to analyze a department standard construction for district level standardization construction.
