Research On Management Standardization Issues Of Rural Population And Family Planning In Yueqing City

Abstract:The Family Planning is one of the basic national policies of China, while the problems related with rural population, which is particularly acute now,becoming one of main factors restricting China’s social and economic development, urgently needs to be addressed and resolved. Nowadays, how to resolve the problems in management standardization of rural population and family planning becomes a critical subject. The significance lies not only in population growth control,but also in population structure improvement,population qualityenhancement,and population reproduction promotion.This article, taking scientific development concept as instruction, based on population modernization,and combined the actual conditionsof Yueqing City, comprehensively applies data from statistical department, public security department, health bureau, education sector,family planning bureau, etc. It adopts scientific and objective investigations into current status of rural population and family planning,especially in-depth look of the legality and validity of management methods,evaluation and extended analysis of family planning management standardization among floating population,as well as crucial issues in rural old-age pensions.It looks into the central issues arising in the process of Yueqing City’s rural family planning policy implementation.Meanwhile,from the perspective of rural working level worker of family planning,it puts forward some measures and policy recommendations,and it re-consolidates our thoughts and focus for the next step.All in all,to adapt thenew situation,the local government should change its concept that the implementation of family planning should be directed by the concept of high quality service.The functions of government should be emphasized to strengthen the standardization consolidation of working flows, increasing management efficiency,optimizing policy system through multi-governance,which will help to construct our society with harmoniously regulated population.
