With the deepening of the research on Teachers' professional development,the importance of teachers' practical knowledge is becoming more and more important.Teachers' practical knowledge is a dynamic knowledge system that is established by teachers on the basis of assessment and Reflection on personal life history,which is approved by teachers and used in daily education and teaching activities,and is compatible with situations.In this study,the regional activities as the starting point,focus on the real use to the kindergarten teachers in the organization and implementation of regional activities,breaking the previous activities on regional knowledge related to static research,through practice,to explore teachers' regional activities practice of dynamic knowledge generation,has certain theoretical and practical significance.through practice,to explore the dynamic generation of practical knowledge of teachers' regional activities by entering the field of practice.This study is divided into five parts:The first part is put forward for the problem.The first part is put forward for the problem.First of all,the researcher tries to sort out what is the practical knowledge,What the structures of it,how to study its predecessors,using what of the methods;secondly,researchers in related research on regional activities has conducted a review,mainly to understand the regional activities should be what kind of.On the basis of the summary,we should gradually clear up our research ideas and determine the research methods.The second part is to study and design.This part focuses on the application of the case study method in this study.It includes the establishment of the method of case study,the selection of the research object,the reason,the collation and collection of the data,the validity and ethics of the study.The third part is to make a specific analysis of the contents of the practical knowledge of M teachers' regional activities.Mainly includes:(1)analysis of teachers' educational beliefs;(2)self knowledge;(3)setting and organization of regional activities;(4)children's knowledge;(5)the knowledge of education contexts.namely teachers' understanding of traditional culture,the atmosphere of the school et.The fouth part is the production of practical knowledge of M teachers' regional activities,and its influencing factors are analyzed.This part mainly from the teachers' personal factors and environmental factors of kindergarten teachers' personal factors,which mainly analyzes the personal experience of life,has its own cognitive ability,occupation emotion,and personality traits and other aspects of the impact of practical knowledge generation in fact.influence of kindergarten leaders,peer relationship and kindergarten culture on the practical knowledge of kindergartens is mainly analyzed.The fifth part is the way of generating practical knowledge of M teachers' regional activities and related educational suggestions.On the basis of the above research,this paper summarizes the process of generating practical knowledge of M teachers' regional activities and the ways to generate them,and finally puts forward r e l e v a n t e d u c a t i o n a l s u g g e s t i o n s..
