Study On The Cultivation Of Cultural Sensitive Ability Of Postgraduates In Social Work Specialty

Under the multicultural background of our country,social workers are required to have "culturally sensitive" capabilities.On the basis of defining the concept of cultural sensitivities and clarifying its basic content,this paper takes the X university in Inner Mongolia as an example,and use the method of literature research and field research.The paper shows there are lack of awareness in cultivating cultural sensitivity of social work graduate students in the university.The training objectives are not clear,lack of training standards and testing systems,lack of professional cultural sensitive training courses,and lack of targeted cultural sensitive practices.This paper proposes to improve the cultural sensitivity training idea and training model for graduate students in social work.
